In the Mustang Squadron, I would like a role where I can make an impact and have command. An Athletics Officer would suit me well to spread my ideas for future Training Days. I have a creative mind and organization skills that planning a Training Day would be easy to do. I also would like to commit my time to helping future cadets with the proper way to do things. The Training Days to come would be unique and fun to do indoors and outdoors. I’d make up new games based off of games that everybody knows to make learning it easy. This would allow for lack of confusion in the squadron leading to a smoother experience for Training Day. For the organization part, I’d make sure the activities would stay on schedule and everything goes correct. Not
I believe in FBLA and the hard work that goes into this club. I believe that I am the best option for a position as an officer. I believe that I am the best option because I will always complete my duties the right way with no delay. I will always take responsibility for my actions and take the initiative for what needs to be done when it needs to be done. Not only will I be involved but I will always take the opportunity to recruit friends or any classmates to join FBLA and find ways to get involved in all the fun, hard work, and dedication that is FBLA so that we can continually make this club grow in size and productivity. Before events I will always work with advisors and give my input on what I think will be the best way to execute the

Sir, I am honored by the privilege to once again serve in 4th Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT). Over of the last 30 days, I had an opportunity to reconnect, and reflect on the current state of the Brigade. The 4th ABCT has a rich history of success and glory. It is my goal to put in place the systems and practices for this great organization to exceed all past and present accomplishments. As a result of my assessment, I identified three areas of focus that will improve our organization: a unit vision, a change in organizational culture and climate, and building organizational teams. I have no doubt that with the implementation of these three areas of focus, I will be the transformational leader that 4th ABCT needs as we prepare for the upcoming National Training Center (NTC) rotation and tackle the task of the Regionally Aligned Forces (RAF) mission.
Specifically, Brigade Conduct Officer has come to mind. I’ve know the last two Brigade Conduct Officer’s (including the current one), and I feel as if I have a decent grasp of the job. I feel as if my strengths the fact that I enjoy being around people and specifically that I am compassionate towards them would definitely be beneficial to this role. The Brigade Conduct Officer needs to be somebody who is willing to fight for his/her fellow midshipmen. In addition, through my experience with the conduct system, I feel as if I have more to offer than the average midshipman. While on restriction, I thought about this and decided that it definitely might be an avenue I would be open to exploring. Glee Club President is another position I would be open to pursuing. I have a passion for singing, as it is something I have practiced since the 4th grade. It is my escape and I would love having the honor of leading those 60+ individuals next year as we traverse through exciting performances and opportunities. This would be beneficial for me because as Glee Club President you interact with the members very frequently and have to have decent people skills in order to be effective. My charisma and compassion would aid in this, along with the dedication I have shown in Glee Club. Furthermore, it would give me another opportunity to improve upon my organization and time management as well as my patience. Other positions I have considered are any battalion positions. For example, if Brigade Conduct doesn’t work out, then maybe Battalion Conduct would be the move. Or perhaps Battalion ADEO since I have experience with that as well. I know though, that I will need to find a position where I’m interacting with people on a daily basis and one where I have the opportunity to make a change within the Brigade. A situation where my inspirational and charismatic
I am exceptionally qualified and have the leadership, management, and technical skills needed to become a Warrant Officer. Being a Warrant Officer is about being a self-confident and dependable leader. With the time I have spent in the army and as an NCO, I have learned all these qualities and more throughout my career and I'm ready to take those skills to the next level. Being a Warrant is becoming a subject matter expert in the field that is chosen, I have worked in several other fields outside of my MOS and in each I have learned and succeeded in becoming competent in those areas in which being a Warrant Officer is very important. I have the ability to manage decisions under pressure to successfully carry out the task and bring the mission
...d me with our staff and Soldiers we have been given the opportunity to lead. The time and effort spent will be well worth it. Possessing a shared understanding of the operational environment will aid in our planning process when conducting operations throughout our theater of operation. In every operation we execute we know that we will accept prudent risks, identification and mitigation of those risks will determine our ability to accomplish our mission. Incorporating the principles of mission command by building cohesive teams through mutual trust, fostering an environment of shared understanding, and accepting prudent risk will make me an effective adviser to the commander, aid the staff during the operations process, and provide an example for Soldiers to emulate. My involvement in all aspects of mission command is critical to the success of our organization.

I want to be an officer because I think that ASB will give me an opportunity for a new experience during my time at Chaparral Middle School. I would like to get involved in our school student body. I really enjoy planning and doing things for my school. I would like to be chosen for this position because I would like to make our school a better place. I think that having fun is great but planning activities for our school such as the dances, helping advocacies, and also helping the new sixth graders welcome to Chaparral is going to be really fun but educating. I think that ASB is a great opportunity for me because I like leading people in almost any circumstance. I think that it would be a great experience
As this will be my first time staffing at encampment, I want to be a flight sergeant for ILWG 2016 spring encampment. Since encampment is hectic (sentence to describe how you use everything you learn from your cap career at encampment) I’m anticipating to experience staffing at encampment. However, I’m hoping to gain more leadership skills, time management, critical thinking, and how to lead in stressful situations. I want to be able to expand my knowledge to help the cadets in my squadron.
I am 15 years old and I consider myself to be fairly fit and in fairly
The start of my training began in a group setting with multiple other new hires. I appreciated combining all of the newbie’s together because we all felt on the same playing field. This group training lasted two days and consisted of big picture concepts. With that being said, my particular position was not touched upon however we were all educated on Kearney Regional Hospital mission, goals, computer programming and overall vision. The approach is clever
4-Week Training Program I'm 15 yrs old, my height is 6'0", and my weight is 10st 3lbs. I have been asked to design a training program for my PE coursework. I will take into consideration training principles, my current level of fitness etc. I would describe myself as a fairly healthy person, and fairly fit too. I perform considerably well at all sports and my endurance level in particular is of a good standard.
Upon returning to my shop, I will start with “Selection and Placement” to ensure that people and give the proper amount of responsibility based on the need for growth. I will give my current go-to shift leaders programs with the wiggle room to run the programs as they see fit. I will give more structured and straightforward programs to people who need less uncertainty in their daily lives. Once I have made the determinations regarding who is a good fit for which job, I will use “Goal Setting” to outline the exact standards that they are held to. These standards will push individuals to complete the mission while leaning on time management to get all required items accomplished. Next, I will turn to direct feedback to improve the “Organizational Communication” within my squadron. By having a sit down with people individually, I will be able to identify their roles and responsibilities to reduce doubt caused by overlapping of duties. I will have the same style of feedback sessions with my supervision in order to convey necessary information for my benefit as both a leader and their subordinate. As a last resort, I will lead anyone to the necessary “Wellness Programs” in order to assist in areas of struggle. These programs will ensure the people are capable of taking care of themselves. The programs are not a crutch for them to lean on throughout their
In 5 years I will have finally breathed a sigh of relief and walked away from my Military Training Instructor position. I plan on proudly wearing Master Sergeant stripes on my sleeve and embracing the SNCO role. Having come from a maintenance background I foresee the Air Force putting me back in a maintenance capacity as a Flight Chief. I plan on utilizing the key leadership takeaways from NCOA such as team roles, ethical behavior, seeing opportunity in change and spotting substance abuse. I want to be the type of leader that influences not just the
