I have some experiences on different types of servers and networks, the reason being is that I like to gain experiences in different gamemode but especially on HCF servers. I have been staff on VelocityHCF, Wrathpvp, HCF, AuraHCF, Ruthless Network, Hybrid Network and koonkraft. I might not have the best experiences but the efforts and time that I am going to put into your server, would not disappoint you one bit. I will work as how you want me to. I do not regret playing as a staff or player on these servers or the time i spent on these servers.

It has been part of the my minecraft experience. I also think that its a great opportunity to see new people and get to know them. It is a great privilege for anyone to work in a HCF server. I think it would be a great opportunity to gain experiences as staff in a new environment and would provide me an excellent platform to build up my staff experiences and to learn and earn more knowledge. With this platform as my base, I will be able to achieve and thrive in my environment. I believe that This server has a lot of potential and so far I like the plans, ideas and features that this server is having. I have been playing HCF servers for around 3 to 4 years and I have played countless servers but if you played long enough you would know that most of the hcf servers have become similar and have same features. I am one who not only considers the results but the aftermath of the results as well. Servers that i staff on are really important to me which is why i am always mindful of the repercussions of my ideas and my actions. I am also an efficient worker who is set and focused on getting things done straight away. I believe in working smarter rather than harder and I always keep that in my mind and I can also perform exceptionally well solo and with a group of people. My experience and my knowledge have been expanding and I am an ambitious person and I hope that would happen continuously. I can also provide unique timezone, there are always not that many AU staffs on servers but i can be that person to fill that gap between US and EU. I am capable enough to prove myself. With vast experience in various verticals i can bring out my strength and technical skills. I'm ready to fully dedicate my time and can focus towards growth of the server. I'm not sure it will be same for other people but since I live in AU i had many struggles. I think I could be a great help to this server, knowing there is a great community, but also a big quantity of cheaters.
I believe I have many skills and talents that I can contribute to N.H.S. I’m level-headed and cool under pressure so in times of havoc, I’ll be there to calm people down and not go crazy. Also I’m a team player which is very important. Some people like to do things solo, but N.H.S is an organization where you have to work together to help accomplish the goals. You should choose me over any other applicants because I have been playing MapleCraft for awhile and have put major hours to this server. I have experienced the bad and the good and know how to deal with certain situations. I also have some past faction members on the staff team and we get along really well. I am a GET IT DONE person. I will always finish a job or duty. I will get lots done for the server, in my opinion! Another reason you should choose me over other applicants is because I know a lot of commands like /mute /tempmute /kick /tempban and I also know how to SS (Screen share). I know the basics to catch a hacker. For example, when the person is getting like 0 KB or the players head is spinning a lot which means he has aura. I have caught many hackers before on Maple and I hope to catch even more. I will do my part in keeping the server nontoxic.
I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team. I want to help on the server. I've seen hundreds of rule-breakers on your server and I want to stop those spammers, hackers, cheaters, griefers, and forum-flamers. The only thing that those rule-breakers are doing are ruining our everyday lives on your server and your forums.
One of my greatest strengths at work that I have recognized is that I am a very patient and decisive worker. Holding the leadership position in high school as a DLC Representative in DECA club has taught me how important it is to be patient when things are not working together. As a DLC Representative, I hear many opinions from my classmates regarding many issues that help me shape my diplomatic point of view. As a trustee, I share my opinion in monthly meetings considering what my classmates believe.

I am compelled to help others in need. Mentally, I know it is not feasible to help everyone, but that does not stop me from trying. In addition, when my clients are in pain, I am also hurt because I have emotionally committed myself to each one of them. I must learn to establish borders to emotionally separate myself from my clients and their problems. I can be compassionate and empathize, but when my workday ends, it ends, and my personal life begins.

Why do you want to become Staff? I want to be staff to help the server in any way I can. I constantly see people in chat typing "mod tp" "mod help" "pls staff" over and over for sometimes 20-30 minutes straight and it just bothers me seeing all of these players struggling to get help from staff when the server has over a thousand players at peak time daily and I feel like this is going to not just ruin the server, but the community in general.

We need individuals in this field who pay attention to the details that others may miss out on, and individuals who are not afraid to keep going after a couple of failed attempts.
