BECOMING A REAL ESTATE AGENT
Hello my name is Mike Smith. I am here today to
talk
to you about becoming a Real Estate Agent. I will let
you know everything you need to know about how to become a
Real Estate Agent. Such as needing a license, the time and
energy you need to become the best Broker possible. The
guaranty of always having a job, within a matter of years
becoming your own boos by starting your own company, and
what you will earn in return for making peoples lives a
whole lot better.
The things I already know about Real Estate are as
follows. I know that you will never lose your job. The
reason why you will never lose your job is because people
are always trying to buy a house or sell a house,or a piece
of their property etc.. You might not have a new client
everyday but you will have at least one new job/client to
deal with every week. Then after making enough sales you
came become your own boss. Which means once you become your
own boss you can make your own commission rates, the time
start working and how long you work, plus you get make your
own decisions about who to hire or fire, and who to have
business with. But there is just one little thing about
being your own boss that might take its toll on you which
will be that when some thing goes wrong you will be the
person to blame nobody else but yourself because you will be
the owner.
The things I learned about becoming a Real Estate
Agent. One of the things I learned about being a Real Estate
Agent is how money you would make. So normally when you
begin in a Real Estate office you get 3% to 6% commission.
The State of Missouri requires professionals to obtain a license before providing services to the public, in many careers. Misconceptions hold that issuance of licenses is just something that is needed in order to charge money for services. Licenses are issued however, because the public puts their trust in professionals who are more knowledgeable than they are. Many people today want to avoid the hassles and risks associated with the transfer of land, so they put their trust in licensed real estate professionals. The Missouri Broker Disclosure Form (MBDF) is a document used by the Missouri State Real Estate Commission that attempts to provide the public, knowledgeable information, about agency relationships (the fiduciary relationship between buyers/sellers and agents). It also holds real estate agents and brokers somewhat accountable to the public in representing them in their best interest; all real estate agents are required to present and explain this form to buyers and sellers. It seems in today’s society that greed, corruption, and self-interest has spread like an infectious disease and we live in a world where it is risky to put our trust in other people. The government tries to respond to that corruption by putting into place more regulations and laws to keep people honest. In summary, the Missouri Broker Disclosure Form is a document designed to help the public make an informed choice about the agency type, of the people that they are putting trust in, and the fiduciary commitments due to them.
The next portion of the chapter talks about how real-estate agents use information to gain power and wealth. Most real-estate agents have a better sense of knowing the condition that a home or apartment is in, and this gives them an upper-hand against the buyer or seller. Like the Ku Klux Klan, real-estate agents use secret words and information to

Two important, mighty Asian empires in history are the Ottoman Empire and the Ming China. These two empires are in totally different areas of Asia – the Ottomans were in the very west, the Chinese were in the oriental east. Therefore, these two empires, naturally, formed completely different cultures. However, surprisingly, these empires had many parts in common as well. The Ottoman Empire and the Ming Dynasty had both many different and distinct parts, as well as many similarities.
To be eligible to become a real estate agent, he or she must first be a high school graduate, be at least 18 years of age, and pass a written test. In every state real estate agents must obtain a state license to sell and rent properties. Over 1,000 universities, colleges, and junior colleges offer courses in real estate. Many local real estate associations sponsor courses covering...

There are many papers which argue what market structure real estate agencies fall under. Coiacetto (2006, 1, Online) argues “that it is not necessarily a competitive industry and, in some instances, can be highly oligopolistic.”
After working on the retirement spreadsheet and doing research about my field of study, I have come up with an ideal retirement plan that I believe will serve me well throughout my retirement years. I used data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to determine my initial starting salary as an Industrial Engineer. I am assuming that my first job will be paying me around that salary. My plan is to work for a single major company with a pension plan for about 38 years. I plan to graduate at age 22 and start working immediately after graduation which would put my retirement age 60. My investment portfolio before retirement is to be somewhat diversified with a heavy emphasis on high investment stocks and the real estate market. I plan to travel out of the country about once a year and locally (out of the state but driving distance) several times a year.
My biggest extrinsic motivation was being able to sit and watch movies in the guidance office all week except for Monday if I had all A’s and B’s. Another one was they would buy me lunches when they would order out. The last one was I was aloud to do whatever I wanted during finales if I had all A’s for the year. So of course I would get good grades just to get these rewards but I also got excited and happy (intrinsic motivation) when I would get a hundred on a test also I would not go to a party if I got below a B so that was my way of giving myself some intrinsic motivation. When I came here though it all changed and it became exceptionally hard for especially having to actually go to classes every day. So of course I had to give myself some intrinsic motivation by making goals for myself and I just kept on adding new ones. I also had extrinsic goals too I made goals like if I would get a good grade on a test then I would have one of my personal snacks and the same for other things too. Also if I got good grades I rewarded myself by going to stage crew and alternative sports. Another of my favorite motivations was calling Jazz. If I would do something good like get a hundred on some big test or something like that that was really important and vital for me I would reward myself by calling and talking to my best
I welcomed the opportunity to supervise and serve as a reader of a Graduate Project and Thesis (SW 5960, Fall 2016; and SW 5992, Spring 2017). Specifically, I supervised Amber Simmons Graduate Project that focused on raising awareness of suicide among college students and served as a reader (committee member) on Tsola Ekokai thesis, which examined the sex reassignment decision-making process of Nigerian parents, living in the U.S., who have an intersex child. At the outset of the process, I met with each student one-on-one to learn more about their particular interests and ascertain how I might best serve the students. I met regularly with students to consistently enforce standards of rigor and academic conduct
A. Explain how you were able to use your existing knowledge and competencies from many subjects to succeed in your task.
The first step to buying your home is assessing your financial situation. A person must evaluate how much exactly they can afford and borrow. Most people hire a real estate agent to find a home. A real estate agent can help in finding different homes that suit the person’s needs. At the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s website, “You'll want to start searching for a broker as soon as you decide to buy a home. Talk to several and find someone you think you'll be comfortable working closely with”(1) Having a wide range of options is always helpful. An agent can also help in negotiating the price, and showing what the potential buyer needs after finding a home. A buyer might also need the services of a lawyer, a loan officer, insurance agents, and an accountant. In all purchasing your own home is a daunting task if you plan on doing it alone.
My experience working as an intern at The Cambridge Professional Center, LLC was an extremely unique and rewarding one. The small business, located in Morristown, New Jersey, is a counseling center for children, adolescents, and families. My internship here allowed me to attain experience in both of my career interests: psychology and writing. At this time, having spent seventy-eight hours working here over the course of three weeks, I am able to reflect and analyze the situation as a whole. This entails assessing the meaning of the experience, summarizing what I have learned, questioning whether this might be a project with career implications for myself in the future, as well as judging whether or not I would recommend this project to another student.
As compensation they charge a fee for this agreement. Agent and Brokers also differ from a merchant wholesaler because they do not own goods and services that they buy and sell. Agents works closely with buyers and sellers with more lasting businesses (Kotler & Keller, 2012). An example of an agent with this representation is a real estate agent who enters into a contract to sell a house or business to a consumer. The relationship exists until the need is met and at this point the agent collects a pre-determined
Real estate is a fixed, tangible and immovable asset in form of houses or commercial property (Seldin & Richard 1985). Real estate market involves developing, renting, selling/purchasing and renovating of these assets (houses). Market participants includes developers (contractors, engineers, and so on), facilitators (mortgage companies, real estate brokers, banks, management agents and so on), owners, renters (leasers) and renovators (Seldin & Richard 1985). Like other economic markets, real estate markets have internal and external forces that make impacts in the market (Seldin & Richard 1985).
