Why do you want to become Staff?
I want to be staff to help the server in any way I can. I constantly see people in chat typing "mod tp" "mod help" "pls staff" over and over for sometimes 20-30 minutes straight and it just bothers me seeing all of these players struggling to get help from staff when the server has over a thousand players at peak time daily and I feel like this is going to not just ruin the server, but the community in general. I already see people on forums talking down to the staff team because of how long it takes to receive help on the server and the teamspeak. I can't say I blame them. Some of the staff on the server are really inactive and players outnumber staff 6:1 so when there are three staff on and ten people need help, that's seven people that don't get help. That's seven people that might leave the server because they went raidable to a hacker, or just items to a hacker, or item's vanished randomly or they can't get a staff to light their ender portal for a couple days straight so they they just quit playing.

It's a big dream of mine to record a staff series and I never could before as my computer could never handle it but my new computer definitely can. I think this will give me a sort of connection to the server as not only am I helping the players by removing cheaters or resolving problems in the teamspeak but I'm also bringing players (although probably a small amount) to the server which brings more pvp in hardcore factions, more people to the forums, and overall improving the community. This is mutually beneficial. I would also gain subscribers and a small fan base which would be great for me and would inspire me to record lets plays, practice, ect. on the
Clearly a team is different from an ordinary work group. Workgroups are mainly for members to share information and make decisions so every individual can achieve their
The career I plan on pursuing in life is becoming a certified medical assistant. Medical assisting is one of the fastest growing careers in healthcare. To become a certified medical assistant you will have to achieve a certification through the certifying board of the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). While you can work as a medical assistant without being certified, employers are often looking for someone skilled and qualified.
The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines a team as: “a number of persons associated together in work or activity,” or “a group of people who work together.” In the current information age more companies are relying on teams to solve challenging tasks and to reach more difficult goals. Since a team of professionals with varying expertise can produce solutions that an individual working alone would likely struggle with, it is no wonder teamwork is becoming increasingly valuable to companies across all industries.
Many people rush through their daily life without contemplating their actions, thereby missing vast opportunities for achievement. They waste valuable time engaging in frivolous matters instead of putting their energies towards more productive and meaningful purposes. In the words of the Dalai Lama: “Life is not about acquiring money and other facilities; it is about dedicating your life to helping others as much as you can.” The immeasurable value of helping others has been engrained in me since childhood. As a result of my own difficult family circumstances, I have become more sensitive, kind and mindful towards others and their own situations. I have developed a passion for helping others, which, in combination with a proclivity towards medicine has lead to my descion to become a Physician Assistant. I want to live a life where I can provide healthcare and aid to anyone who needs.
Minimize employee productivity interruptions by allowing the help desk staff to handle the technical issues
“It always seems impossible until it’s done”. This quote from Nelson Mandela comes to mind when describing why I aspire to become a Physician Assistant. It has always been a great motivation and inspired me not to get discouraged with failure; rather look forward for your goals. Frequently, it takes many trials and lack of success as well as achievements, for one to truthfully discover him/herself. I instinctively progressed through the motions of life. Many options were available and choosing a career as I grew up kept altering, until one day when I saw how helping other people is my sole purpose of life. Getting to know more of physician assistant drove me into the thoughts of pursuing it as a career.
Working in a team has obviously loads of advantages but it also has some disadvantages. The main one could be time consumption. If people can work better in a team, they can also be more easily distracted and can lead to a waste of time. We all have different personalities and we have more or less affinity with other people and strong personalities might lead to a conflict. Also, team work requires more organisation, structure and monitoring. Some individuals might feel unimportant in a team and in a different scenario some people might take advantage such as working less.
When I was born, my family had just migrated to California from Mexico. In a new country, my father worked in landscaping earning less than $4 dollars an hour, while my mother relied on public transportation to take her newborn child to and from doctor visits. In the land of opportunity, my family struggled to put a roof over our heads. But never discouraged, my parents sought to achieve their goals and worked tirelessly to raise my younger brother and I. From a young age, I was taught the importance of education; this became a major catalyst in my life. My desire to excel academically was not for self-gain, but my way of contributing to my family’s goals and aspirations.
Both my current job and are dream jobs are in the medical field they are very similar yet different. My decision to pursue a career as an Anesthesiology Assistant is hinged on three factors; first, a desire to advance in the healthcare sector and be able to take up higher responsibilities in patient care; secondly, an intentional process of building a healthcare career that would be personally fulfilling and rewarding; and thirdly, embarking on a career path that will enable me to integrate my prior education, experiences and skills, and use them as a backdrop for effective care delivery. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology. I undertook studies in this area because I had always had a deep-seated desire to help people recover from adverse situations. At the same time, I trained and work as a medical assistant, which has enabled me to have a lot of patient contact. Based on my knowledge of psychology and my clinical experiences, I began to explore career advancement options

It’s been my desire, longing for a nursing career since I was in my primary and secondary school. At the age of 12, I began to look after children and baby-sitting then, from there, I gained the understanding of how to deal with children. Nursing is one of the highly demanding careers that bring new challenges every day and it comes with various rewards and a real sense of job satisfaction. I chose nursing because it is a profession where you never really finish learning. It has been my dream job since my tender age. Seeing nurses visiting my school treating students, immunisation, teaching us about health and sexual health issues, this encouraged me. My goal and desire at that age have been to help people within the Health sector. That is how; I decided to go to college where I am currently doing my Access to Higher Education Diploma (Science), which involves Biology and Chemistry. I chose this pathway because I want to gain the relevant skills and knowledge of my career to be. As someone who wants to become a nurse, I found biology as an important role in the delivery of client car...
Teamwork is key in many situations in a workplace. Without it, many tasks could not get done and efficiency would go way down. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you are working with a huge group of people, teamwork could be between two people. Without cooperation, however, no two or more people could get anything done, or would at least do it very poorly. When you are part of a workplace that consists of more than yourself you are inevitably going to work with others. Even the CEO of a company has to meet and work with others from time to time. So teamwork is a vital part of your ethicality in a work environment and should be readily available to you at a moment 's notice. Without it, you are surely not going to get along well with others or have a very happy career.
When I think of becoming a teacher I would like to imagine or hope that I would be “turning the key” for a student of mine to become something great. I have been soul searching for many years now to have a better understanding of what I am suppose to do in my life. I have worked in so many jobs in so many areas but nothing was fulfilling my life with any amount of meaning. I found myself not wanting to go back the next day or wishing I were somewhere else. Well I guess everyone does that is what I would tell myself.
