Job description
We are looking for a well-qualified Security operations supervisor to organize and oversee our 80-person security force. Security personnel will be under your command while you develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards and keep or patients and staff safe at all times.
As security operations supervisor, you will need to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills to a variety
of problems that you will face. We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all signals and hazards and to safety of our staff and patients at all times. Since you will have 80+ security officers under your responsibility, you must also exhibit leadership skills and communication with all stakeholders. The goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected. Responsibilities • Develop and implement all security policies, protocols, procedures and monthly training’s • Monitor expenses for all security operations • Train and supervise security officers • Attend meetings with other departments to determine security needs • Coordinate security response to all emergencies • Coordinate all monthly protocol drills • Review reports on incidents and breaches in security • Investigate any damages of property • Create monthly reports for security shifts Requirements • Associates degree in security field or similar • Certified in state of employment for security officer • Proven experience as security operations supervisor or similar position min. 3 years’ experience in position • Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV) • Experience in reporting and emergency response planning • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures to events • Solid understanding of budgeting • Working knowledge of MS word and MS excel • Excellent communication skills • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills • Committed and reliable • High school diploma
