Elements Of Good Leadership Essay

What makes a leader extraordinary consists of these three main ideas? In this essay, you will find out the answer to this question. One, the idea of having good authority or being an inspiration to others. Second, a good leader needs to be a excellent strategist. The last idea is that a good leader needs perseverance to his colleagues and his citizens to never give up no matter what situation both good and bad.

One main idea of a trait that makes a great leader is the idea of having good authority over others. An example of this is when the commander is leading the country into a time of need like when the country might be under attack or going into war into another country. Another good trait about having good authority is that when the

country could be either in a time of famine, drought, terrorist attacks, a major person dies, etc., that the leader can help support the nation by promoting safety and care and try his best to help the country become stable. The third attribute of this is when the leader tries to envision how the country, economy, its citizens, etc. can improve and become better over time.

A second trait that a good leader might want to have is being a good strategist.

This means that he/she can plan different types of actions and perform them well (politics and war for example). An example of this is setting goals in place and making sure they are accomplished. Another attribute that a good strategist should have is having good persuasion techniques like having/making secret alliances, treaties, etc. A third technique that makes a good strategist is the fact that he/she can just be honest. It not only makes you more trustworthy but also you can collaborate ideas with other top leaders around the world. My last technique is that in order to be a good strategist, you need to make allies, good decisions, and communicate well.

The third trait of being a good leader is the idea of having perseverance. An example of this is when the country is under a major crisis, the leader will try to help the citizens as much as he possibly could and never giving up. Another representation is having good ambitions about mostly everything and how to improve those things effectively and efficiently. My final technique for having good perseverance is being optimistic about the future and how the leader can make the country a better place to live

in.

Basically, in order to be a good leader you need these three techniques/traits: Having good authority over others, being strategic, and having perseverance at all times. Examples of world leaders that used at least one of these techniques were great leaders like Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, George Washington,and Lincoln. The reason why I said having good authority was because a struggling/improved country needs a leader who can take over and make the country better that it was already was plus you need someone who can take things to newer heights. The reason why I said you needed to be a good strategist because you need to set goals in place and to set good communication between others. Finally, the reason why I need you need perseverance is because when bad times come, someone needs to lift the country on its feet and try to bounce back from it.
