Organizational behavior is the study, which most are related to individual action, point of view by using a scientific approach through the organization and society. It is composed of many topics that are necessary and helpful to apply through everyday life. The topics in this study are sociology, psychology, communication, and management. The theory of organizational behavior has effects on organizational and human resource studied, which was interesting for the student, who wants to precede a career in this field or relevant. During this the third semester, I have learned a numerous skill, which basically is based on a common sense. However, the sense has its method of using in difference condition and terms. Organization behavior is another guideline or a key to help to understand confliction, struggle or dilemma because in organizing all the working is coherently with those that was mentioned. Not only, it helps you understand, but also, concerned with the physiology and behavioral dynamic in an organizational. As a student, organization behavior has an effect throughout a daily life.
The theories of organizational behavior are involved four main parts, which every part is categorized to a detail that coped with a topic. Four main parts are: introduction, Individual processes and behavior, interpersonal processes and behavior and Organizational process and structure. Part one: Introduction, which has described about organizational behavior and opportunity also Challenges for managers. .... The principle of Communication shows Barriers and Gateways to deal with and comprehend. First, I must concern that I am a student in international school, which has a difference nationalities of students, thus, Language can be one of barriers to communicate in a daily life. Especially during my kitchen practical, some utensil or ingredient never exist to me before. It is extremely important to manage my skill in order to connect with the kitchen team; other factor is Cultural diversity, which is the lens of a stereotype that expresses through the diversity of cultural. I have applied through this topic as well among the students and the teachers. Personality, perception and attribution chapter represent the concept of individual differences in aspect of abilities, skills, emotions, attitudes and perception so as to understand and better relate to the differences.
