Groups of people which more than 2 peoples who work interdependently toward some purpose defined as organizations. Then, organizational behaviour defined the study of what people think, feel and do in and around organizations. Organizational Behavior is field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on behavior within organization. It is the knowledge about how people act within organizations. It applies broadly to the behavior of people in all types of organizations, such as schools, business, government, and services organizations. Organizational behaviour is for everyone in every level, and employees are expected to manage themselves and work effectively with others in workplace.

The team effectiveness can be influenced by task characteristics, team size and team composition. Task characteristics defined as the task complexity demands teamwork, but teams also work better when the work is well-structured tasks rather than ambiguous because it is easier to coordinate the work among several people. Teamwork effectiveness also can be influenced by task interdependence. Team members must share materials, information, or expertise to perform their jobs. Teams usually better because high interdependence improves communication between each other and also motivates team membership. However, teamwork will become less effective if task goals differ. In Maze Runner movie, most of the people hold to a same goal which escape from the maze makes them become brave and build a team to make a run for it although they know this task may cause them kill by Grivers. Moreover, the team size also will affect the effectiveness of teamwork. Although smaller teams are better because it can easier to maintain efficient coordination and meaningful involvement of each member, but team must be large enough to accomplish task. People who want to have a successful organization in business world; first they should be able to define OB which helps the organizations to be more effectively. “Organizational behavior is a study and an application of knowledge about how people, individuals and groups act in organizations” (Clark, 2000). Frankly, OB can help to indentify people behavior and to have a work relationship among the worker. Moreover, it can affect an organization to enhance its profitability and innovation by showing organization resources which can depends on customers. As well, it helps to achieve a job satisfaction by understanding the importance elements of motivation, communication and leadership.

Teamwork is becoming more important in the work place, because of the leaders and the fact that it allows full participation with all employees. In order to complete several different tasks, managers and supervisors usually perform teams and assign different tasks to complete one major assignment. Team work starts at the top (Smikle, 2009). When supervisors or managers are willing to administer teamwork, they are enabling the employees to follow. Managers or supervisors set good examples when they delegate tasks, but more importantly express to the employees how teamwork is productive. Employees work by example, more so now than by demands.
Organizational behavior is a very all encompassing class that has taught us a great deal about working with ourselves, and other people. The class has taught us through various readings, videos, movies, and even TV shows and in class activities that we have so much more to learn about ourselves and how to be effective leaders. The business world is an ever growing and ever changing place and we must do everything in our part to stay on top of these changes. We must learn, essentially, how to lead when even we may not know exactly what to do.
Teamwork is one of the important component that is required in any types of business organization . Team is defines as “a small number of people with complementary skills who are committed to the common purpose, performance goal, and approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable”(katzenbach and Smith 1993) . Teamwork offer numbers of advantages like in teamwork work are completed earlier because large task are divided into smaller projects and then it find out an individual who is best for doing the jobs. Support system is also important because if support system will be stronger than people will be comfortably depend on each other. These are the advantage of the teamwork but in teamwork there are also disadvantage like in teamwork there is an uneven participation of the members because they depend on other for doing the majority of work this can lead to hatred in the workplace. Whether it is a school assignment or working in a clinical settings, we have to work in groups to accomplish a task. We cannot expect to work in isolation all the times. (Stonehouse, 2011)

Teamwork is classified as people with different strengths and skills who work together to achieve a common goal. When a team works well, specific objectives are fulfilled and satisfied. Teamwork plays a crucial role in implementing and fulfilling a common goal in a team project. Each member plays a role and takes on different responsibilities combined together. In different stages of teamwork, conflicts and arguments may occur for as members have different standpoints which need to be harmonized within the team. The key to having an effective teamwork is to explore each member's unique abilities to motivate them.

One of the main courses of this semester was to learn various organizational behaviors that are conducted in real business environment. By learning this course, we could understand our future colleagues and ourselves better. Throughout the semester, every week Ashley Hughes gave us an interesting lecture about different topics of oranisational behaviors. Along with the weekly lectures we also had a group presentation that gave us the opportunity to apply the lessons and techniques learnt in our professional and personal lives.During the course of this semester, Organizational Behavior has highlighted numerous topics, which concentrated on investigating the impact that individuals, groups and structures have on behavior within an organization and how their behaviour affect the performance of the organizations for the purpose of applying such technique towards improving an individual’s or an organization's working effectiveness (Jontymagicman, 2012). In this reflection paper, I will discuss the essential areas of organizational behavior: the influence of motivation, managing change and individual learning at an organization.
