Team cohesion is the process of connecting the team. It’s a makes the team stick together and achieve it even when everyone is tired, under pressure or Faces difficulties and challenges. There many aspects to strengthen the strong team association and some are shown in. Good team cohesion will increase chances of successfully completing the goal with high performance. The team will trust each other and support. This would make work faster and more effective. A team's weak cohesion will result in poor performance that may prevent the team from reaching its goals. Individual team members must forget their arrogance and take their roles and responsibilities seriously. The team members compete for their position as they try to establish themselves in relation to other team members and the leader, who may receive challenges from team members. The purpose is increasingly clear but there are still many doubts. Groups and factions are formed and there may be power struggles. The team needs to focus on its goals to avoid being distracted from relationships and emotional issues. If they want to progress they have to find a solutions as it is needed. Norming The third phase is norming. This is when team member have an agreement on who does what, the roles and responsibilities are clear and acceptable. Decisions can be delegated to individuals within the group. The team discusses and develops its processes and working methods. Furthermore a leader is also picked which is general respect other member and some leadership is more shared by the team to develop everyone skills. Team leader tend to participate more at this stage than in the early stages. Team members can be expected to assume greater responsibility for decision-making and their professional behaviour.
