Boxing is a good sport if you want to feel calm or at ease with yourself and everything around you. The reason why boxing makes you feel at ease with yourself and everything else is that, when you’re angry or excited you can relive yourself by hitting the punching bag or shadow box. You can also get in the ring with someone and throw some heavy hands for a few rounds. To do so you have to be physically fit and also have endurance that’s why you need to run or jog so you can last a long time in the ring. I chose to box because it’s the only sport that I like. And the only one that I see as a more manly sport. Boxing to me is a way of expressing myself without saying how I feel. For example if am angry I will hit the punching bag until am exhausted. Another reason I chose to box is because I like to fight whether I win or lose. Fighting is not always about winning or losing, but much more respect, honor, dignity, and courage. If you’re not in shape to complete each task then you should start doing simple stuff like jogging, running, jump rope, or push-ups. When it comes down to it everyone ends up working out because it becomes a part of their everyday life style and they enjoy doing it. A person who is slightly overweight would get into the gym for weight loss and quickly see that there are many other people around working towards the same goal. Progress becomes easier when encouragement is received from others. Whether it is said or not everyone has their own motive to go to the gym, that easily separates people in this discourse community. However, it also brings unity to their own group.

Exercise is very beneficial to everyone that wants to stay fit and to keep their health in good shape for the future. I know many people that work out just thirty minutes a day and eat healthy and they are in the greatest shape of their life. So during the times you feel fat and lazy and just do not want to get up off the couch. Think if you go to your nearest gym and workout for thirty minutes to an hour you will feel so much better with yourself, and have so much energy throughout your day.
Working out doesn't have to start out as a full one hundred percent full body workout but as small increments of workouts and to build up the number of workouts you do and spend small bits of time thinking about why you are actually doing it rather than thinking of an excuse. You might think, “But John I am happy sitting and being
Have you ever had those moments where you are feeling unmotivated or zero energy to workout? I will be the first to tell you I have had these moments. Being involved in the fitness world, I love every aspect of fitness. For the past 5 years, I was working out 5 days a week and had my ups and downs with results. I am guilty of it, I would pick up a workout magazine and try out this crazy workout and just destroy my body. Sure, I saw some results but I was becoming more and more tired throughout the day. On top of that, I was only getting 5 hours of sleep and not eating appropriately to refuel my body. I know stupid right? I am human and I am not perfect!

But don't get angry on anything and everything. When you get angry, choose to let it off, take a few breaths, or countdown to ten, or analyse why you are upset. Realizing that you are caught with anger is the right way to begin to deal with it. All your anger is about something what has happened in the past or will happen in the future and not what is happening in the present moment. So if you can be in the present moment you cannot hold on to anger for long. So be in the present moment to avoid holding on to anger. Physical exercises can relieve your

Martial arts is an amazing thing with amazing experiences. It has many, many health benefits. Some of them include flexibility, agility, posture, weight, stamina, and mental strength. Discipline is also a benefit of martial arts because you have to follow instruction if you want the desired results, and correct techniques. I can tell you from a first hand experience that martial arts is a way of living; for me, it gave me flexibility, agility, timing, reflexes, a sense of a higher being, resolve, patience, speed, power, leverage, planning, adaptability, enlightenment etc… What I am trying to say is that martial arts can give you so many things and with no drawbacks.
