According to the personality test I am an ENTJ. Extravert (47%), intuitive (19%), thinking (3%). judging (6%). I have moderate preference of extraversion over introversion (47%). I have slight preference of intuition over sensing (19%). I have marginal or no preference of thinking over feeling (3%). I have slight preference of judging over perceiving (6%).
E-Extraverted
According to (mypersonailty.info) “extraversion is a preference to focus on the world outside the self. Extraverts enjoy social interactions and tend to be enthusiastic, verbal, assertive, and animated. They enjoy large social gatherings, such as parties and any kind of group activity. They get their sense of control by taking charge of their environment and making choices early. They are self-disciplined and decisive, and seek closure in decisions. When they ask for things they are specific and expect others to do as they say. They enjoy being experts. At work, they decide quickly and clearly and work to get the job done. Perceivers may see them as rigid and opinionated” (changingminds.org).
The Four Personality Temperaments states that “ENTJs are natural born leaders. They live in a world of possibilities where they see all sorts challenges to be surmounted, and they want to be the ones responsible for surmounting them. They have a drive for leadership, which is well-served by their quickness to grasp complexities, their ability to absorb a large amount of impersonal information, and their quick and decisive judgments. They are "take charge" people” (personailtypage.com).
David Keirsey, who has created the theory of temperament associated with type. NT - "the rationals” Keirsey describes the NT group's primary objective as "Knowledge Seeking". ENTJ is described as "the field marshals" or the executive”
