I learned what I expected to learn in and additionally learned that being successful through examination of the self and actions that can be used in the future. I expect to learn leadership and how manager and members are supposed to react to the decision in the leadership process. I want to know how an employee is supposed to move up in the company using leadership methods. The strategy is what I would like to learn so I can apply my new career in a manner that would get me to the top level as a Business Administrator in a company. I expect to leverage the ability to apply my leadership skills to obtain the new career that I desire.
