Recommended: Team dynamics within working group

I have gained knowledge in each of my classes, but the greatest piece of information I have gathered is from my Business Competition 109. This course is taught by professors Crawford, Huston, and Polito in St. Francis Hall. The courses goal is to teach us teamwork skills, small business skills (being able to start one and the ability to run it successfully), and the time management since the course is on a schedule. The idea to separate the students into groups, have create a business plan and present there idea to the professors and their fellow classmates. At the end of the semester we present to local business people who will then vote on the top four businesses, taking into account profitability, presentation skills, and the quality of the business plan.
In the business competition I paired off with Tony, Elizabeth, Tyree, and Cole. We were five complete strangers and we were expected to create a winning business.
