The needs of the community versus our rebirth in the new that impacts us only as juxtaposed secondary consideration to ours. How authentic is this to us, to all those around and beneficiaries we engage on a daily basis during our journey? Are all these factors not part of intimate determinants to the relevance and utility levels of the new us? Is it presumptuous that our involvement and imbeddedness in our self-awareness endeavours we intimately and authentically care about may need to start much earlier? We need to put these through known and established praxis tests? How do we even start such an indulging undertaking firstly through our introspection transcending it to include others around us and finally our societies in general? That as it may, the adventure of the journey, self discovery, creation of the new that structurally and functionally changes us and all those around us comes from answering to our authentic demands emanating from deep within. This is addressed by inclusively confronting our core Callings. Simultaneous engagement with our archetype is considered most synergic, a combination considered to be the stuff that great luminaries are made of and answered to. Such a list is endless and includes, amongst others, Nelson Mandela, Steve Jobs, Richard Branson and Mohamed Yunus. We all have in us what they have if we dig deep from within ourselves. How then can we traverse the same self discovery paths, commitment levels and luminance? Such emphasis and minimization is peculiar to communities and confined to parts of the world that developed particular worldviews over millennia. Doesn't it follow and is logical that they became experts in those areas of over-emphasis and minimally competent in those they did not. It then makes sense that we borrow their ways in areas they are best at over all others and integrate their knowledge and wisdom on our strongest perspective to improve our weaker views. The symbolic South of the world is strong in relational matters that emphasise collective and communal approaches rooted in nature ways. The cardinal East metaphorically represents emphasis in renewal aspects through spirituality and cultural issues creating new knowledge in the process; the North in theory development and rational approaches; and the West is great at practice that transcends knowledge into realizable realities that improve economies and politics. Integration of these strengths create resolute approaches with optimal chances to resolve imbalances we may feel, experience or perceive.
