Simon Sinek’s, “How Great Leaders Inspire Action” wants us to understand that the nature of the universe is open because it gives us the ability to do different things and enables us to interact with others. He addresses that when people communicate it enables them to understand different concepts. In Sinek’s “How Great Leaders Inspire Action,” he mentions “when [people] communicate from the outside in, yes, people can understand vast amounts of complicated information like features and benefits and facts and figures.” From this I understood that the universe allows people to be capable of doing many things by interacting with each other. Additionally, Sinek states that the universe is open so humans can make decisions based on their own beliefs and the communication that they have with other people. In Sinek’s “How Great Leaders Inspire Action” he states that the universe “allows [people] to rationalize it with the tangible things we say and do.” I understood that after people communicate they have to rationalize the information that they are acquiring, that way people can make decisions about different things. Sinek’s work mentions that when human beings make business they know what they have to do and how to do it. Sinek says, “every single person, every single organization on the planet knows what they do, 100 percent.” I understood that business is done in a manner that the human being knows what it should be done to achieve selling something to someone.
