PART: 2 ---- REFLECTION
Performance :- Where Strong and where to Improve as a Project Manager.

From the thoroughly reading of the five literature, I investigate that there are some common roles such as decision making, motivation, leadership, monitoring and processes as initiation, planning, execution, controlling, closing that is presented by few literatures. Nevertheless, the rest of literatures define the different roles like liaison role , businessman role, conflict controlling role and different processes as building WBS, Project resources, managing project resources. For doing so, he should calmly listen to the workers, find an optimal solution and give them enough of confidence that motivates them towards their work. As I play sports too, there is a special skill in me of leadership. I as captain plays most of the match and have a keen sense how to make commands and lead a team in right direction even at worse situations. In addition to this, I can emphasize workers towards their work so that project can finish within timeframe. With the leadership I also mean that I will have good control on the workers as well as project. The project will be controlled by me in such a manner so that Its performance comes out to more efficient. Furthermore, I am having skill of team build. As a project manager it is essential for me to form a team and develop their skills which will reflect their performance in the project. Also, I have to bind this team, encourage them towards the achievement of the success rather than hunger of money. Most importantly, I am determinant person who has a clear set of vision towards his goal. So being a project manager, I will have a keen eye on project’s goal and clear picture of

I have to monitored ongoing project overall progress. If its perfoance comes out to be low I have to check it where the project is lacking in performance. That’s makes a successful project manager if he completed his project on time. As I am son of a businessman, I will try to maximize the outcomes at the end by hook and crook which will ultimately results in company benefits and makes me good project manager. Besides all this, I will have an eye on project performance from its initiation to completion. If I found any problem in project or delay in project, I can change methodology in order to complete the project on time. Becasue in all letertures there is common requirement that the project should complete on time. In an ongoing project, I will track the progress of the project and if I found it slower then I will change technique to accerlerate the process. I will manage the cost and quality to the best. For cost purpose, the estimation that is given by quantitative surveyor will be strictly implement on the project in order to complete the project under the budget not over budget..
