My score on the PRCA-24 was a 100 which lands me in the high level of communication apprehension area. A further breakdown of my score is as follows: Group Discussion-26, Meetings-26, Interpersonal Conversations-24, and Public Speaking-24. Since I am a very antisocial person, I knew my score would be very high. I am so antisocial that I rarely order my own food at a fast food restaurant when I am with a group. This type of situations will only intensify as I begin public speaking, so I am in desperate need of management strategies. After reading the first few chapters of the book, I have produced the strategies below.

On December 2,2015 I went to to the Lynnhaven building to receive some feedback on my agreement paper for English 111. It was a very rainy day after running through the rain when I reached the writing center room. There was a yellow note saying that the writing center was in the student center until December 4,2015. After reading the note I ran back in the rain to my car.It was to cold to walk it was raining. As I approached the student center I was told by a security guard that the tutoring lab was located on the third floor. I had walked up three flights of stairs. When I had finally reached the third floor,I walk into the tutoring lab. There were about eight tables, but only four staff members and one student. Amen had approached me asking what did I need help with today. I replied saying that I would like some feedback on my paper for English. He then pointed to the writing table and said “she can assist you with your paper”.
At the beginning of this class, students were warned about coming into this class with a certain mindset. Students were warned not to have the preconception of thinking that COMS 201 would teach them how to manipulate others into doing what they wanted. Guilty of this mindset I attempted to trick myself into thinking that I did not have that mindset. Getting through the first few modules on theory was difficult. I remember asking myself, “What did I sign up for?”. After getting through the first few modules I began to enjoy what I was learning, so much so, I caught myself referencing what I had learned in COMS 201 in other aspects of my life. Not before too long all of the modules became hard to keep track of in my head; thus, making
Over the course of this class I feel like I have become a much better writer. When I go back and look at some of my Journal entries and assignments that I did at the beginning of the semester, I can’t help but tense up at some of the things I wrote. Sometimes the things I was writing didn’t flow well, or I might have even have missed glaring grammar mistakes.

Every Wednesday I was assigned a patient to attend to by a specific nurse who was also my supervisor in a hospital setting. Last week was a very difficult week for me dealing with a family issue and then being accused of academic integrity. I failed to communicate with my professor and felt that if I can get the work done that it would be acceptable. Well, I must say that I failed on all grounds, I rushed through my work and failed to cite my sources. My haste in getting my work done should not be an excuse nor should it be used as a defense.

I am taking HLST 3110 as my elective course for fourth year. I know there are tons of courses out there, but this course caught my attention and there are three reasons why. Firstly, I want to take an elective course that is related to my program, which is in Health Management or anything more generally related to health studies. I want to enhance and expand my knowledge in the field of health studies so that I can use what I’ve learned in the future because one day, I want to be a healthcare administrator that can manage a healthcare facilities or a systems and provide quality of care and efficiency. And to achieve this, it is important to perceive not only the internal environmental factors, but also the external factors that can affect the performance of healthcare
It was pleasure to learn about how you arrived at your decision to major in AIS and I enjoyed our conversation about the changes in DSP, along with our observations of AKPsi. Our interview reminded me of why I decided to come out for both rushes and why I want to be a part of the fraternity. I enjoy being able to learn about other’s experiences and how they have influenced someone's college life. I believe that taking the time to finally meet and extend our relationship beyond speed-dating or resume critiques is invaluable. Good luck on the CPA
John Q is an emotionally filled movie based on the vicious effects of private health care system, played by Denzel Washington. The movie focuses on the concerns surrounding the healthcare system in the lower and middle class families of the U.S. It also touches on the less empathetic individuals in the hospital administrations and the insurance companies. Denzel plays a dad who cannot afford a heart transplant for his son, after learning his son has an enlarged heart.. The couple gets little to no sympathy or help from the attending physician and the hospital administrator. All of the stress causes him to snap and hold a group of people at the hospital’s emergency room hostage. This movie also portrays frustrating issues, which individuals who cannot afford health care go through. It also shows callous and selfish ways that physicians handle medical attention towards less fortunate individuals.
