Firstly, I enjoy being staff. This is a very important part of being a staff member,Even though its hard at time i will always push though it. You have to enjoy it. I love being able to keep the server a better place for the people to come and go. I already watch the chat all the time because I have multiple monitors, so now I would just be able to enforce the rules I see already getting broken.
Secondly, I want to help the community. I love helping people and this is just another way I can better the community. I can help rid of the spammers and advertisers. I know what the rules are, and how I should execute them when put into a situation to help the community.
Lastly, I want to be apart of the staff team itself.

With this rank, i would be able to assist people in a much more productive way in every circumstance. I would be able to assist in some of the problems people have in chat. Say when ever people need help locating something on the website or need specific links, i will be there to help. I would also be of assistance to people who do not apply by the rules of OPcraft. Say if they are hacking or being racist etc...
Also i can assist the server by cleaning the server of toxic people, like get rid of hackers, and the amount of advertisers is in real, and I've seen many advertisers pass staff many times. I've had lots of experience being staff, as I have been staff before on this server. I'm on all the time now. I can help this server in anyway possible. I'm good at taking orders, and I'm a good leader, and good at team building. I'm always on my A game, always trying to make people happy, making new friends, and so on. Always trying to help people out in any and every way I possible can. I will assist all staff, and players in any such way they need help with. Lately have seen an increase in hackers and advertisers I would love to help decrease that number. I love playing on this server, this is were I spend most of my time. I'd rather help people then do something else. I know how much the staff need help
I interested in the position you have posted as a Sport Performance Coach. I have been actively working in fitness, sports and wellness for the past 8 years. I am a very passionate person when it comes to helping people in living a more active and successful life. I’m dedicated to educating all individuals’ young or old, promoting achievement on the levels of physical, mental, emotional and social welfare. I take pride in staying up to date on the latest fitness and wellness research so that I can always be knowledgeable and provide the quality of customer service to all people that I work with no matter the situation.
One of these reason's is that I love helping people and the server out. When I can make someone happy, it's not only making them happy, but me as well. Helping just comes natural to me and I don't really know why. I've been like that as a kid too. I wouldn't say I'm a brainiac in school but I excel in my classes. But when someone needs tutoring or help, I'm always the first one to say "I will." And the same applies for Minecraft. Another reason why I decided to apply today is because, I love Faithful's community and server as a whole. MaverickYT introduced me to this great and supporting community. You know some HCF server's, people can be not as nice as they could be. And people on this server, think differently. I don't know what makes the people on here above any other server. My last and final reason is that, the community is starting to become toxic. It's not completely toxic, I'm just saying it's starting to get there. Even though there are some really nice and giving people on Faithful, there is always a bad part to all things. And I really want to fix this. Me being able to help out and try to bring positivity to the server, is what I've been trying to do forever. And me being a staff member can maybe get my word out there. I like to work by myself rather than working with a lot of people. Also, I don’t think I would like to constantly work with clients because I do not have good social skills. I would not be able to handle getting yelled at by my angry customers or having to put animals down. I ran over a squirrel and cried for an hour because it was so sad and I left awful. I would not be able to kill animals everyday, even if that is what is best.
You should choose me over any other applicants because I have been playing MapleCraft for awhile and have put major hours to this server. I have experienced the bad and the good and know how to deal with certain situations. I also have some past faction members on the staff team and we get along really well. I am a GET IT DONE person. I will always finish a job or duty. I will get lots done for the server, in my opinion! Another reason you should choose me over other applicants is because I know a lot of commands like /mute /tempmute /kick /tempban and I also know how to SS (Screen share). I know the basics to catch a hacker. For example, when the person is getting like 0 KB or the players head is spinning a lot which means he has aura. I have caught many hackers before on Maple and I hope to catch even more. I will do my part in keeping the server nontoxic.

I’m interested in the teacher cadet program because I feel as if this is one way that I can get some experience in the field of work that I would hope to someday work in and that it will help me know for sure that this is what I want to do. I made up my mind at the age of five that I wanted to be a teacher and for as long as I can remember,that’s what I’ve wanted to do. I love helping people, whether it’s showing them how to do a math problem, or teaching them to tie their shoes. Whenever I was a younger, my favorite thing to do was to line up all of my babydolls and stuffed animals, I even had a whiteboard hanging in my room so that I could write on it and “teach” them things from the old textbooks my 1st grade teacher gave me. I loved being able to “teach” my bear and show him how to do math problems.

I’m in the top 25% of my class with a grade point average of 83. To put it into perspective my rank is 257 out of approximately 1070 students at Skyline High School. I’m currently in the JROTC program and I have also been in the school senate for about a year.
We all know that nobody likes a rule-breaker. I want to be staff so I can help the server I can also have a good amount of knowledge because the server is factions the game mode I know the most about with 1.5 years of playing it on servers such as (cosmic,thearchon,treasurewars,Union,Saico,AstraMc,New Liberty) I also want the opportunity to help the players I love helping people it makes me feel good and makes me better myself and the server at the same time. believe that i can make big difference on the server with being staff on many other servers and climbing the ranks I know that I can become a good staff member.

I should be a Moderator, because I have a great experience at staff, with communicating with players, helping and giving the right information to the player so they can understand better. Also I want to help the other Staff members when they are either sleep, doing other activities, doing homework, at work, moderating on another server. I also should be Helper, because I am a friendly guy who is strict with the rules and is cool with the players, who wants to give back to the community of OpCraft and fulfill the duty I am going to fulfill. I also want to give back by helping the other Moderator get rid of the hackers and make the community a better place for players to play on.
