Factors are those things that influence a person in his field of work, studies and his way of life. Steve Jobs is called the Silicon Valley pioneer and the author of unique leadership and idea. Steve has come nearly close to achieving his goal, managing to make a name for him in all of the business and technological world.
So what did it take for him to get to the top?
Factors that contributed to his success:
1. Passion: Steve worked in his father’s workbench. He knew from the beginning that his future is in the creation of new things. And then when he met Wozniak, he got to know that those things were the personal computers (technology). They set their company in a garage. Despite the failures, Steve never lose hope. Prideful and Over-Confidence: After his first success, Steve Jobs had become too confident and proud of his ability that he refused to acknowledge his own mistakes. He started to humiliate his employees un-necessarily. Steve Jobs was too much proud and too much confident that it contributed to his failure in his technopreneurship journey.
It is said that the pride of man is also the fall of man.
2. Lack of Communication: He was too proud that he failed to communicate to his people and to his employees. He did not think of consulting with others when making big or small decisions. He fired the employee who make any mistake but failed to understand that they were also humans who can make mistakes.
3. Attitude Problem: Steve had a bad temper. His short-tempered nature and rudeness leads him to his failure as a good leader. In fact, Bill Gates was a better leader than Steve. Bill Gates was also polite while Steve Jobs was most of the time rude, if not harsh.
4. Self-Obsessed: Steve Jobs was, of course, self-obsessed. His gives importance, only to himself and no-one else, not even his family. To him his well-being was more important than anyone
