Having worked at CVS for about three years now, I have developed strong relationships with both my customers. Some of my customers are “regulars,” so I know many of them on a first-name basis. I see many of these customers several times throughout the week, and I usually hold conversations with them while I am completing their transaction. I also talk with these customers while I am working on the floor or stocking shelves. One couple knows me so well that they asked my coworkers where I was when I temporarily left my job to move into college and complete my first year. When I returned to CVS to work over winter break, we had a conversation about my plans for school and what my schedule will look like throughout the remainder of the school
year. Similarly, I am very close with my coworkers. Holding conversations throughout our shifts not only allows us to keep a close relationship, but it also makes our shifts more enjoyable. Sometimes talking with my coworkers while completing tasks helps the time pass by more quickly. One night, my coworker Courtney and I were instructed to hang sale signs throughout the store. This is usually a very time-consuming process, but we worked together in the aisles while another coworker was assigned to the cash register. Courtney and I held conversations not only with each other, but also with customers throughout this process. We completed sale signs much earlier than we expected, and this allowed us to complete other tasks for the night. The fact that we finished our task early while talking and having fun throughout our shift proves that one can be sociable yet productive at work. I am willing to commit as many hours as possible to PSA Bartending each month. Since the number of hours available per month probably varies, I am willing to work the maximum number of available events per month. *I will be available everyday throughout the week during the summer. I work at CVS during the summer, but I can take off to bartend as long as I know the dates 2 weeks in advance. My hours at CVS are very flexible, and I have never had a problem with taking off because of prior commitments.*

However, it is seen that the company lacks certain criteria that may negatively impact them to the extent where they would need to shut down their facilities. The main issues Gobias Industries has faced is the harsh conditions employees have to work in that are most definitely safety hazards, Sexual harassment, and low retention rate. Based on presenting information, Mrs. William and Paul were included in the treatment process. However, Peter and the LCSW preselected sessions that families could attend. During the first session, the LCSW began by asking a question Peter what he wanted from agreeing to therapy. Peter responded that he wanted to “get help with managing stress, marital issues and communication tactics.” When asked how he would know that he was getting that helped, he said he would be relaxed at home, and sociable and his marriage will start to feel like a partnership again. This was expanded on when the Miracle Question (MQ) was asked. LSCW: “Peter, if you woke tomorrow and all of your issues were no longer present what are some things that would be different.”

CM:CPSW did a home visit and met with foster parent (Dorothy Bensalih), Emeri and Cantarah were present during the visit. Cantarah was playing with her iPad and Emeri was sitting next to her. CPSW talked with Cantarah briefly and asked about school and any other concerns. Cantarah reported that she is doing well and excited about her new iPad and plays with it after school, she said. Emeri was playing with his sister and seemed shy during the visit. CPSW asked Ms. Dorothy about any concerns with Cantarah's school. She reported that she went to school recently and talked with Cantarah's teachers and they reported no concerns to her. CPSW asked Ms. Dorothy if Cantarah can be referred to a school therapist. Ms. Dorothy stated that she does not trust any therapist and believes that they will harm Cantarah's way of thinking. She stated that if there is an issue or concerns with Cantrarah then we solve the problem as a family instead of professional. She mentioned that she believes that therapists do make situations more difficult and does not want Cantarah to go through the trauma.

Along with the rapid growth and expansion of CVS into the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry comes the growth and expansion of ethical responsibility, such as maintaining HIPAA Privacy Records and the safe handling of patient’s personal health care information. One of the ethical challenges CVS has been faced with was the accusation in 2009 that CVS/Caremark was inappropriately disposing of patient’s healthcare information. It was claimed that employees working at CVS were just getting rid of old prescription bottle labels and prescriptions themselves by throwing them into the trash bin and not shredding or destroying the patients’ personal information that could be found on these items.

In the year 2015, I worked in customer service at a vacation rental business called Cocoa Beach Villas, located in Cocoa Beach. My job was to answer phone calls, provide information about the units and help guests as needed. I worked from March to July, working about 10 hours a week, then switched to my current job as an associate at T.J. Maxx, where I work 10-15 hours a week. I began working here in August after my previous job came to an end, because the vacation rental business is seasonal, when summer came to an end the owner no longer needed an extra hand. My experience with customer service, however, allowed me to adapt quickly to the new environment. My job as an associate requires me to help customers as needed, keep the store organized,
As I grow up I learn to respect my elders more and more each day. I’ve been fortunate enough to have some grandparent influence throughout my life. Due to their abundance of knowledge on aspects to life that they’ve experience countless times I have been learning from them ever since I was young. With all the memories I have with my grandparents I knew working at Green Hills Retirement home would be a piece of cake. I feel as if I can find ways to relate to people rather quickly. By having that skill it became easy for me to introduce myself to some of the members of the retirement home numerous times. The ability to connect with certain individuals in a retirement home forced me to start building a friendship with some of them. At first, I
