Introduction Sometimes athletes wants to relax but they still need to stay fit. Going to different mountain is very enjoying. So hiking is one of the very good cross training for athletes. Because in hiking you combine the one of the best exercises like walking with some of the most spectacular beauty to be found on our planet and that is the nature and you have hiking, or walking in the wilderness. John Muir said that, "In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks." “Hikers battle bug bites, blisters and bruises for the sake of overcoming a challenge and enjoying some quality time with nature. Also, walking releases adrenaline, produced by the body to cope with real or perceived danger. If the adrenaline isn’t released from the body, it accumulates, causing muscle tension and feelings of anxiety.12 A study tested 36 walkers for anxiety, tension and blood pressure levels before, during, and after 40 minutes of walking. Results showed immediate decreases in tension and anxiety as well as blood pressure after walking, regardless of how fast or slow the participants
