Introduction:
I. Ferrets are amusing creatures that can make good pets.
II. Many people would be interested in a low maintenance pet that is softer than a turtle and more affectionate than a goldfish.
III. I currently have three ferrets. I got my first one about five years ago. I found my second and third ferrets a couple of years later at the Oregon Ferret Shelter, where I ended up adopting them for a modest price. I have also volunteered at the shelter now and then and have learned a lot about them.
IV. I’m going to begin with a brief history of ferrets and some information about them. I’ll then describe some details about ferret care, and finish by discussing some of the benefits of ferret ownership.
Transition: Ferrets may not be for everyone, although they are becoming the most popular pet next to cats and dogs, prior knowledge before acquiring a ferret is absolutely crucial.
Body:
I.So what is a ferret?
A.The ferret is a member of the weasel family and it is not a rodent. It is thought to have originated from the wild European polecat.
1.A lot of people are misinformed, have misconceptions, or might not have any idea at all about what these animals are about. The ferret family, which includes weasels, mink, polecats, martins, skunks, badgers, otters, wolverines, and the endangered black-footed ferret. Early Greek literature suggests that unlike its cousins, the ferret has been domesticated for approximately two to three thousand years.
2.Historically ferrets have been used for hunting rabbits and for rodent control.
B.Ferret Facts
1.Males are called hobs and Females are called jills.
2.Normal life span is between 5-8 years; although that is increasing as the medical community ...

...20 hours a day. Which means that doesn’t leave much room for them to want to exercise.
3.They get tired easily. Letting them run around outside of their cage for 30 minutes to an hour is more than enough time for them.
B.Ferrets have unconditional love.
1.Where as another household pet might get an attitude after a scolding, these little guys will forget immediately.
2.They’re cute. They cuddle with each other. They wrestle and jump around when you let them out.
Transition to conclusion: People are finally realizing what a great pet this domestic animal really is. It might seem as if I’ve given you a lot of detail, and I have, but, her are the really important things to remember.
CONCLUSION
I.Ferrets make excellent if not unconventional pets.
II.They are easy to maintain and affectionately reward you for the time you spend caring for them.
...d, happy, and healthy because if anything where to happen to them their organs could be in danger and that was the main priority.
Stonehenge is located near Salisbury, England and according to an archaeologist who has investigated Stonehenge close up, Mike Parker Pearson (2010) “...the new date for the raising of the sarsens [the large stones]...[is] between 2600 and 2480 B.C….” (p. 47). It consists of the large sarsen stones which are the ones that are in pictures and on postcards. Then there are smaller bluestones that are mixed in with the sarsens, Y and Z holes that form full circles around the sarsen stones, and Aubrey holes which form a circle around the entire structure. There is a large stone outside and a ways away from the circle called the heel stone. There are two station stones that stand to the side of the of the circle and over the Aubrey holes. They form a perfect rectangle with two barrows, or burial mounds, that are there.
Stonehenge is located in Southern England on what is known as the Salisbury Plain. The structure looks different than it once did, however. Today, Stonehenge suffers the effects of time and pernicious acts by people. Originally, in the years after completion, the structure was made up of “several concentric circles of megaliths, very large stones.” (5) Stonehenge consists a circular layout of approximately one hundred megaliths. On the tops of them another flat stone was placed to make a continuous ring of horizontal stones. These structures are known as trilithons.
Klezmer can be summed as “traditional, instrumental party music of Yiddish-speaking, Eastern European Jews”. (Strom 2) Literally Yiddish for “song vessel”, it is characterized by a festive, celebratory feel and expressive human-like leads. Klezmer is a secular music; it is not typically found within a synagogue or associated with prayer. However it draws strongly from traditional worship music. Though there are records of klezmer as far back as the 15th century, the majority of recognizable klezmer compositions originated in 19th century Eastern Europe. Klezmer has experienced several small-scale revivals in the late 20th century, thanks to groups such as the Klezmer Conservatory Band and the Klezmatics. Many of the newer as well as the older klezmer groups were heavily influenced by regional culture. The New Orleans Klezmer All Stars are perhaps the only establi...

Unlike the La Jolla Project, Stonehenge was probably not an abstract sculptural installation made of polished granite blocks. Stonehenge was built starting in 3100 B.C.E.(Encyclopedia Brittanica 287). The builders used mostly sarsen, a gray sandstone. Bluestones, or blocks of bluish dolerite, were also used. The number of stones used is unknown because the present structure of Stonehenge is the product of at least four major building phases. The stones have endured many centuries of rough weather and erosion.

Pets seem to be able to recognize and adapt to many of the conditions placed on them in our human environment. They can provide the sense of companionship, and love that is lacking in regular human relationships.

The next time you are deciding on a pet, remember that a dog has good behavior, better convenience, and the best loyalty any dog could have over a cat. There are many reasons to get a pet, but how could you pass up a dog, an animal who will faithfully love you forever.
natural behavior and health of the animal” (University of Florida). The way animals are raised
First, we shall discuss the similarities these two creatures share. One of the most obvious similarities between these two animals is that they both have hair and are domesticated animals kept as pets. They require love and affection from their owner, and return that love and affection if owners show it towards them. Another thing is
