Prior to working for the Judiciary, I have worked as an administrative assistant for Rutgers University formerly known as University Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. I worked for the VP of Operations, and the director of Physical Plant. I was a floating employee, and my duties varied from general secretarial duties to facility monitoring for the UMDNJ campus wide. Additionally, I have taken the civil service test administered for the Deputy Court Administrator position last year. I was ranked #2 in my class of applicants. However, the position went to another candidate. I am astute in the general procedures of court administration. I have several years of experience in working with judges, attorneys, and litigants. Therefore, I believe my experience in court administration qualifies me for consideration. I hope you will consider me for this position. I look forward to meeting with you and discussing my qualifications in more

I recorded progress monthly and prepared annual reports. In addition, I represented AFSCME (American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees) as a steward, chief steward and discipline representative. I have made presentations to city, county and state representatives and was chosen to be on a task force for the Department of Developmental Services which recommended the closure of my workplace. I am currently a Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) for Community Care Licensing where I have had the opportunity to enforce title 22 regulations as they pertain to Adult and Senior Care programs. I have acted as lead, next level supervisor and as secondary level supervisor. I have prepared written reports for legal action, communication reports for managers and participated in multi-stakeholder meetings and teleconferences. As a LPA, my highest priority was to investigate complaints and make determinations. I have spent a large majority of my CCL career investigating allegations, presenting my findings to our legal department for review, issuing citations and sometimes civil penalties. I have also been confronted by both providers and residents, I think that I have a calm demeanor and do not react with extreme emotions to high stress situations. I am not easily intimidated and have discovered that sometimes it requires a break to cool off before individuals can adequately communicate. I am currently a part of the new Community Care Licensing Centralized Complaint and Information Bureau. We take and write complaints for all the programs as well as answer questions. We receive numerous calls from distraught and angry people, this has required me to quickly assess the situation and diffuse the emotions in order to address the concern of the
I am interested in obtaining the position you have within the organization. This position is an excellent fit with my education, experience, and career interests. I am passionate about helping others and my career goal is to obtain a position within the Criminal Justice field. I have worked with victims of domestic violence, including women, men, and children. In addition, I have experience working with mentally ill individuals, and at-risk youths as a Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) in school classrooms. I know that I bring compassion to the position that many may not have.

could do the job well are, I’m a good worker, I have a lot of energy, and I know a lot
Being a state’s attorney takes a lot of hard workers as much as dedicated workers. I have always worked hard at everything I do, so if I had this job, I know that it wouldn’t be any different than it is now. Also, I know that I could be someone who could take on everything that comes my way.
Please consider my application for a clerkship in your chambers for the 1-year term starting on 8/5/2019. I greatly enjoyed meeting you over the summer while I was interning with Chief Judge Barbara Lynn. I admire your humility and sense of service. Indeed, thank you for the amazing breakfast you organized in the court to allow all the interns and the clerks to get to know one another.
What were CANDIDATE'S job responsibilities? She answered the phone, she typed, she filed, she dealt with clients just a myriad of things a person can do essentially in a one man law office.
My passion to help others has led me to peruse a law degree. I use what I have learned to advocate for children. Unfortunately, there are many children who are helpless and need an advocate. My search to make a difference in children's lives has lead me to become a volunteer as a CASA (court appointed special advocate) for foster children. The judge for dependency court has been my biggest inspiration. Judge Young, has an amazing job. She is a voice for the voiceless, enforcing what is in the children's best interest. She is who sparked my interest in this field of law.
I am a second-year law student at the University of Washington, and I am interested in clerking for your chambers for the 2017–2018 term. Your diverse background working as a prosecutor, Assistant United States Attorney, and in private practice is one I admire. I have attempted to follow a similarly diverse path by working and volunteering in various settings. I believe this breadth of experience and my well-balanced academic record give me the necessary tools to excel as a clerk.
Based on my education, experience and skills, I feel that I am an outstanding candidate for the position. Along with an inter-discipliner approach gained through graduate and postgraduate degrees in two subject-fields in law and economics with a special emphasis to transnational financial crimes and more than seven years of hands-on experience in enforcement of laws, in particular criminal law, rules and regulations related to combating serious fraud and other
I have been working with the Undergraduate & Alumni Career Services with the Krannert Professional Development Center. Last semester, my supervisor was Maureen Huffer Landis. However, since she left in January, I have been supervised by Jessica Chapman.
My work experience placements have left me wanting to do a lot more in the legal sphere. Whilst working at the BBC, the dominance of international and domestic issues in news items which were broadcast, highlighted the relevance of a thorough knowledge and understanding of social issues and hence the legal system. In addition my work experience in a non-governmental organisation (HCA) helped me to distinguish the different types of problems faced by those who were seeking help from the organisation, such as injustice and civil conflict. My work experience with a freelance solicitor has also been invaluable in gaining practical skills in the implementation of the existing law system. My work experiences have undoubtedly built upon the skills I have gained through my academic experiences.
On the light of your announcement at the AUB careers and placement office I read with interest your Ad for the position of Sr Store Supervisor. I am applying for the position as I believe it offers challenges and responsibilities and as I believe it matches my qualifications and my education on professional basis.
