• Interpersonal Skills: Maintained professional boundaries and confidentiality while building trusting relationships as an intern for domestic violence victims.

• Conflict Resolution: Supervised daily activities of mentally ill individuals and at-risk youths at the Children Crisis Center of Philadelphia, focusing on conflict mediation, resolution and interpersonal skill development.
