I heard a lot of employee stories who get pissed off in their office because of different reasons. Most of them are delayed, underpaid salaries and deductions, conflicts to their officemates, a bad ass boss yelling at you and target work tasks that is hardly possible to meet. I believe there are a lot more you experienced at work and these are only few reasons why we feel hard to wake up in the morning, prepare ourselves and travel to work. Not including there the hassles you experienced before going to work, but we will not talk about those things outside office. Let us admit that when it comes to money, we can easily get angered especially if you are already expecting that money to come for the pay day. There were instances that ahead from our payday, we are already creating our budget plans. What payables should I priotized to pay? You already have compromises to other people because you are really expecting that salary to come and yet it didn't. I know there are a lot of opportunities ahead of you and you only need to be strong enough to get up and work in you career. When you are angry in your employer, the productivity of your work will be affected. Consider of resigning and looking for a new job who pays you on time. The same with those persons who thinks you are being abused because of the too much work load being passed on you. If you honestly think that you can't handle it anymore, then quit. You are doing a lot of overtime at work and you'll have no time for your family plus you can easily get angered. I think your work didn't is not good for you. Its not keeping you healthy. The general reason for this behavior is high-strung lack of patience due to the fast world around them. Many people are simply so impatient that the idea of having to wait to pay for things leaves them flustered. The simple idea of having to actually talk to an employee and physically pay for what they want leaves them angry and grasping for words.
No matter how rude or disrespectful the employee or student is don’t let them know that you are angry. If they don’t do anything that they are supposed to do, getting angry and upset will only be used against you in the long run. Expect the laziness, at first they are going to try to push buttons in order to make you upset. Don’t let them win.
