Studies have shown that the United States has a higher rate in obesity than any other country in the world and there is no doubt that this is because of the lack of exercising. Today in the United States, approximately 155 million people are overweight or obese. The reason that cause this entire people to be overweight is mainly from the lack of education about health and exercise.
