I. Introduction
In recent years, physical activity has been affiliated with improved wellness in those persons that outline to older ages, other than conceived as sound aging. Studies show that the adulthood physical activity or health aging, except the effect or benefit of taking actively later . We studied the associated between physical and healthy aging people with a follow-up. This literature reviews examines the benefit of exercise among aging people. Previous studies show that it's not late to be fit. Our body is sensitive to exercise, regardless of the age, and health benefits in doing exercise. If you are over forty years, corpulent, suffering from chrome health problems or secondary sometimes, it's recommended to check with your physician before going on any new exercise activity. This examination of ageing people for exercise point out the limitation of medication and suggests the benefited effect of exercise to aging people need for a comprehensive solution that maybe combined with the uses of drug taking, balanced diet and sleeping. As said in the SLHS creed, each student is different and has potentials which is needed and enhanced by the academy. We are influenced by the people and the environment around us. In order for the student to achieve his goals, we will make them aware of what is being human. Aging is an inevitable process where we as living beings grow old. Aging has some benefits and may bring some problems too. There is a great variety of researches done with different purposes which provide us with some information and statistics.
Many studies have shown that resistance training improves strength and many other aspects in the elderly population. Although the literature covers a wide variety of such theories, this review will focus on major themes, which will emerge repeatedly throughout the literature reviewed. These themes are: high intensity resistance training improves the muscle mass, strength and hypertrophy, muscle hypertrophy was due to the increase in type I and II fibres and muscle mass and strength gains were slightly more or less the same for both men and women but the was an overall increase in strength adaptations (Williams & Stewart, 2009). Although this literature presents these themes in a variety of contexts, this paper will primarily focus on the effect of resistance training on the elderly population in terms of muscle hypertrophy and strength.
The human body is a complex system that often malfunctions. Many people believe that numerous diseases are natural reflection of the body aging and cannot be avoided. The goal of my paper is to elaborate this perception and explain that maintain healthy and active lifestyle can result in healthy body.
There are a number of benefits to be found from thinking about ageing as a lifelong process and not just one that affects older people. In addition to promoting your independence and keeping your body strong and energized, the American Council on Exercise states that physical activity also prevents and improves age-related conditions, such as osteoporosis and arthritis, and lowers your risk of injuries, and health conditions, such as stroke and heart disease. Sitting around and lying on the couch all day will not help your health. Most video games will also contribute to lack of activity. Physical exercise can benefit you in so many ways. For instance, exercise can prevent obesity, make you heart healthy, make you stronger, and several more. If you can exercise, you will be satisfied with the results, such as good health and being strong.
I believe that physical activity will improve one's health in two aspects – the physical state of one's body, and the mental health of the individual, both of which are crucial in maintaining the well-being of a person, and taps onto other domains mentioned in the Healthy Lifestyle Index Report (such as BMI, sleep, stress and depression).
Everyone does some type of exercise, whether it be a sport, walking a pet, or doing housework and/or yard work. Ageing is a common process in life. With ageing, functional capabilities deteriorate and lead to major risk in health. So for older people, keeping them physically active is an important role in their healthy ageing. This will help them to maintain their independence and value their life as long as they live. Engaging in physical activity will reduce the risk of chronic conditions and improve the state of mind and well being. Being physically active by participating in regular physical activities has a major health advantage which has been well documented. Despite the advantage of day to day physical activity a large number of older people go ahead with their inactive way of life. This study was conducted in older people who live in LTC about their barriers in performing the physical activity. In 2007, WHO urged the researchers to conduct a study on the reasons of physical inactivity in older adults. This study was able to improve patient outcomes due to the fact that older people are aware of the importance of keeping themselves active and having a meaningful, healthy ageing life.

Physical fitness is an exceptionally diverse subject that has a variety of benefits and dimensions; accordingly, it has an extremely important role in life as it ties into almost every aspect of our lives regardless of race, gender, or age. There are numerous benefits of regular physical activities such as lower blood pressure, weight management, more energy, better sleep, and overall stronger muscles, bones, and joints. The importance of physical fitness extends to one’s personal life; for example, achieving healthier relationships with family and friends and, one’s academic life, considering how statistics show that leading an active life will make you happier.
