Personally, I think that everyone has a fair chance of being a staff member. I do not consider myself better than everyone else but when it comes to why I should be accepted, I have a few reasons: - Maturity: In my opinion, maturity is a key factor when becoming a staff member. Yes, I may joke around because, yes, I do have a sense of humor but when it comes to a situation that requires me to be serious, I will do so. Example: If there is an intense situation that is needing to be taken care of, I will take a far-sighted view of things and act in a respectful and considered manner, rather than spontaneous. - Dedication: Dedication plays a major part in being a staff member. I think this is a characteristic I have over other staff because I dedicate my time to the players on the server no matter the situation. I like to act fast when a player is in need of help whether that's in-game or in teamspeak. …show more content…
I look at experience as an understanding of the responsibilities and obligations that an individual will have as a staff member. As oneself, I believe that I have this experience and knowledge to become a staff member on MapleCraft. I also have a lot of understanding when it comes to support rooms in teamspeak as well as ss'ing. This is probably one of my favorite things to do as a staff member and I like to stay active in teamspeak. - Tolerance: Tolerance to me is one of the most important rules as being a staff member and also just in general. Meaning in life as well. Tolerance means that you stand anything that comes your way without showing attitude, because when you do show attitude, it shows how arrogant you can be. I can tolerate basically anything that someone throws at me, and I am very patient with people. (Both in-game and
The five themes from my Clifton Strengths Report overwhelmingly echoed what I already see as active assets in my personal and professional roles. My five attributes in order from highest to lowest are Activator, Command, Woo, Communication, and Futuristic. These have aided and sometimes cause misunderstandings, but these are elements I have learned to hone, define, and exercise in order to develop others under my charge and myself.
1. Employees should conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times while in the workplace. Inappropriate words or insinuations will not be tolerated.

I would say those are my strengths because honesty is the number one policy, especially if I’m dealing with the patients well being and health. Responsibility is not hard when there is a good set of rules already set in place for me to abide by. And as for being caring I feel that as a woman that somewhat comes naturally to some of us. It is like an instinct to make sure the person/s whom we are caring for is okay and safe.
However, in reflection of my past teamwork experiences in class, I am often one of the organizers and stronger voices, connecting me with being a natural leader. In reflection of past job experience, I found it related to a low tolerance for incompetency and also being a natural leader, but did not demonstrate being a visionary or argumentative. My past job experience includes refereeing youth soccer matches and serving at Anthony’s Beach Café. My experience refereeing youth soccer matches forced me to become a leader, taking control of parents and the players, allowing me to mature well being in a position of authority. Well working as a server at Anthony’s I have developed very high expectations for myself, displaying my low tolerance for mistakes and increasing my productivity. My ENTJ personality directly connects with various management careers, which is a long-term career goal for me. Being outgoing and a natural leader are personality traits that illuminate a good manager. In order to be a good manager in the future it is also important to recognize and be aware of a

I apply to a lot of the “6Cs.” I have great communication skills, I am caring, compassionate, courageous, and am very committed once I start
I gave this paper a lot of thought before I began to write. ?What qualities and traits do I posses that make me desirable as an employee, a teammate, and as a person?? First, you must be able to identify your own personal strengths and weaknesses in order to become a lifelong learner and an essential part of a ?team?. As technology is constantly growing you have to be willing to accept what makes you an asset or a liability in any given situation you may encounter in your life. The qualities and traits that I feel make me a valuable entity to my employers, co-workers, classmates and within my personal relationships are varied. I will go on to describe some of the attributes I think are most important in establishing and maintaining successful relationships whether personal or work related.
The two areas that best reflect my strong suits are respectful and inspiring. (Steadiness) Respect should not be taken lightly and people want others to show them that they are important. I am not the one to belittle, talk down to someone, embarrass the other person, or not acknowledge someone because they are not like me or do not hold a certain position. People respond in a negative manner and become very defensive when others treat them in any of the ways previously mention. I look at how I want others to consider when speaking and interacting with me. That is the way I have to try to handle myself when dealing with others. Taking calculated risks is what I do best because I cannot stand losing too much if the results do not outweigh the risks involved. I am also very critical on myself and can point out faults in a heartbeat. I have to analyze future actions before I act on anything because I do not want to go wrong or too far away from initial path. Repeating myself or actually running through multiple scenarios takes up a lot of time. Being overly critical on myself will eliminate some of that time that I cannot get back.
I firmly believe that my present role as a Sales and Marketing Assistant is a skilled type of employment because my skills and educational qualifications represent a background of increasingly important assignments within the company. These experiences have given me the opportunity to make many profitable contributions in a number of functional areas.
Being faithful and loyal - As a professional, you can count on me. Always respond to people quickly and sincerely follow your promises at all times.
To be kindness and good manners- I will speak cheerful, smile and acknowledge to everyone across me. I will always say thank you very much, hold a door open to everyone and offer help to anyone who need such help.
A good employee must have good verbal skills and critical thinking skills. These pertain to the mental and emotional aspects of a person. Interpersonal skills cover an array of skills. They can be from being able to negotiate for a desired aspect to recognizing the moods and emotional stability of others. A person has to be reliable and be able to stand for what is best, not only for themselves but for others. Being assertive, being able to lead, being someone who can persuade others to a cause shows someone who is dependable and strong. After all, I have learned that if I do not stand for what I want, I could easily be led to a path where I despise myself. To be the best I can be, I have to be able to define my boundaries with others and myself. By doing so, I can not only be my most productive and successful self, but others will learn what to expect from me. A company will know what to expect from me and will be confident in their decision to hire me, knowing I will bring them results they can be satisfied
In my Learning team, my personal strength is having good people skills. I meet and get involved with new people everyday whether it be work or school related. I enjoy speaking, listening and giving input to my team members so that they are aware that they can count on me to participate as a team player in our Learning Team. Good people skills are very important in a group setting because of all the di...
From the above descriptions, I conclude that a Support worker should have pleasant personality traits that will enable them to work in an effective way. I further suggest that though we may have unpleasant traits, we should ensure that we maintain a good rapport with patients and our colleagues. All the personalities mentioned above ensure that work done in the line of duty is efficient and effective.
