In order to effectively achieve your goals in a timely manner, individuals must undergo strategic planning and personal goal setting in order to establish clear agendas. When I set my SMART goal in order to increase my physical activity, the goal was to feel better about myself and to have a clearer mind so that I could do well with my studies this resulted in increasing my physical health and wellness.
