A Short Description Of How My Goal Meets The SMART Criteria.
When writing a SMART Goal it is important to be specific about the goal an individual will like to accomplish. Thus, the specific goal is to motivate the staff within the higher education institution by 25% in a year. Also, the criteria of measurable will be met by the academic affairs office, provided that all 80 staff member's MSP feedback will be evaluated and measure the progress of motivation after each semester. Similarly, the Academic Affairs Department is setting achievable goals to ensure the maximum amount of participation throughout the staff. " Specific: Increase motivation within the online campus of a higher education institution, including full and part time instructors, associated dean and support staff before the end of the year by 25%.
" Measurable: The academic affairs office MSP survey of all 80 staff members will be evaluated and measure the progress of motivation within each semester by 10%.
" Achievable: By having the MSP survey, the Office Of Academic Affairs feel the goal 10% will be attainable. Upon reviewing the survey from the staff, afterward the office of academic affairs will use the Acquired Needs Theory to motivate staff members. This in turn will give all the full and part time instructors, associated dean and support staff the affiliation, power, and feeling of achievement.
