II. IN THE CLASSROOM
1. Start again with the instruction number one at the top, “SAYA PASTI BISA” Your coach will perform this operation with you in the classroom. This verbal activity can foster your self convidence and bring a sense of security while you are taking every stage of teaching and learning process in the classroom. The slogan, “SAYA PASTI BISA” is the way you free yourself from fear, worry, tension, disease, and failure caused by the syndrome of “SAYA TIDAK BISA.” You must have an abundant supply of energy within you because you should be able to continue to move forward from time to time to achive your success. You can overcome these difficulties and become a winner if you diligently fill your subconscious with the very positive matter that you can do and you are not the victim of powerlessness, entanglements and incapacity.
2. Follow procedures in accordance with the instructions that have been written on each lesson in this book. Your couch will help you through every stage of learning that is written in this book. Remember that you and your coach are both part of the process of teaching and learning in the classroom. You and your coach are not two components that can stand on their own. You need to work with your coach so that this

Another thing that you should remember is that it’s impossible for you to follow the process of teaching and learning in the class while you are busy looking up each word in your dictionary.Your coach is a living dictionary in the class. that is always open in front of you. Because of that, so that the process of learning and teaching in the class can run smoothly and provide much benefit, it is better for you to ask your coach rather than busy turning pages in your dictionary while the process of learning and teaching is continueing. Beside wasting a lot of time and energy, it cause you can not study and learn at a maximum level. Coaches and all other students and learners may also feel insecure because of
In order to see outcomes in this area of improvement, we as coaches must re-evaluate not only our athletes, but, in addition, our coaching styles. Of course, we all want to tell ourselves that we are great coaches and it's the athletes who are not following direction...
Coaching is an integral part of helping achieve one’s maximum abilities. Dr. Gawande (2013) explains that, “Coaches are not teachers, but they teach. They’re not your boss—in professional tennis, golf, and skating, the athlete hires and fires the coach—but they can be bossy” (p. 3). It is difficult to say what is the exact function of a coach, however, they help bring forth another point of view different from our own and they also help bring about the right mindset in order to subdue a weakness.
In a growing trend that reaches to all corners of the athletic world, coaches are being forced to cope with the added stress of disgruntled parents. More and more they are required to defend personal coaching styles and philosophies, uphold team decisions and go head to head with angry, and sometimes violent parents. The pressure has gotten to the point where coaches all over the country are quitting or being forced out of their jobs by groups of parents. High school athletics should be about learning and having fun, and when parents cross the line between cheerleader and ringleader everyone suffers.
The sport I once loved, was not fun anymore. I hated practice because I felt targeted and was always worrying about being embarrassed by my coach. In games or practice I worried about what she would say or do if I made a mistake. When I thought I did something right she

High school coaches been sworn at called names and physically threatened by parents before, during, and after the games. Playing time is often at the root of the problem though sometimes a parent is outraged that their son or daughter isn’t being played at what the parent thinks is their child’s best position (Nolan). In addition, equal playing time is important because it developed every player skills.(Nicole). Take, for instance, the case of a young player who has never played for a club before. He’s 11 and charges around the place without being able to control the ball or kick. Many of his teammates didn’t think he should play for their team but the coach has been working with him and one day he wanted to let him play and believe it or not he did very well for his first game that he even made a goal for the team (David). The best thing to do whenever you’re in a sport is that the coaches
However, this is not really a direct correlation to the coach’s effectiveness in a particular sport, being that there are many other factors in coaching a team other than game records. The coach’s job is to enhance the athlete physically, socially, and psychologically, winning is only considered a by-product of that job (Gillham, Burton, & Gillham, 2013). Gillham, Burton, and Gillham (2013) focused on developing a Coaching Success Questionnaire-2 to allow a means of evaluating other aspects of a coach’s interaction with their athletes as both a research and coach development tool. A sample group of athletes at the varsity and club level ranging from ages 18 to 25 was used to develop the questionnaire by asking their perceptions of their coaches.
The goal of every coach is to create an environment in which his athletes can flourish. Performance anxiety is a coach’s worst enemy simply because it can have a negative impact both mentally and physically on athletes. The mastery approach to coaching is a cognitive-behavioral intervention designed to promote a mastery-involving motivational climate (Smith, Smoll, Cumming, 2007). How a coach handles his athletes is essential for their confidence and ability to overcome any level of performance anxiety. Critical or punitive feedback from coaches can evoke high levels of negative affect in children who fear failure and disapproval, thereby contributing to a threatening athletic environment (Smith, Smoll, Cumming, 2007).
Being an athlete is more stressful than being a coach. There’s nothing easy about being an athlete. Athletes have to learn to cope with: stress, pressure, grades and so much more.”Being a athlete shows a person’s full will to totally destroy their body just to win”said college basketball star athlete Deion Gilchrist. Just the strive for greatness makes people be proud athletes. People should care about this subject because it is very controversial and I think becoming a coach should be harder to accomplish. Although, athletes stress over time managment and the pressure presented to them during games .No matter how great an athlete is they will always get criticized about their performance on and off the court is.

Sometimes this is seen as coaches forcing their views on their players and sometimes the players appreciate the guidance.

Coaches who put their team and players first, are coaches who value each and every one as a person (Yanity, 2011). A good coach will teach life skills along with developing each player’s athletic talent (Yanity, 2011). With athletic participation at an all-time high, coaches have become an important element in the education of student-athletes (Yanity, 2011). It is important for coaches to have moral and ethical behavior in all phases of their lives as young men and women look to these role models for guidance.
