After a review of my performance in the assigned group, I have learned a great deal about myself and behavior in the team-setting situation. This is not the first experience in a team-setting. Previous team setting experiences were conducted in sporting and recreational environments rather than academics. While the setting and the environments were indeed different, there were many commonalities and correlations between the team settings I previously experiences and the current academic team-setting experience for this academic course project. One of the traits that I had exhibited pertained to being co-operative. My co-operative behavior and the agreeable behavior I exhibited contributed to the harmony and the successes of the group. My co-operation that was exhibited was relative to prompt arrival to meetings, meeting group deadlines, and thorough participation on the discussions and the forums of the group. While My strongest writing skills were illustrated with the expression and analysis of the benefits and the drawbacks associated with the group project. While I was able to present the arguments and responses both verbally and in writing, there is additional work could use improvement. As English was not my first language, there were instances and moments where the Overall, we had a creative workplace. The creative workplace provides a learning culture and my mistakes were viewed as learning experiences by myself and my teammates. According to the course text, “One of the most important conditions that supports creative practice is that the organization has a learning orientation that is leaders recognize employees make mistakes as part of the creative process (125). As such I recognized that my peers’ errors were part of the learning process and they in turn recognized that many of my errors that I had committed were indeed part of the learning
