In this section, I am going further to mention some situations and how does this situation demonstrate the responsibility that reflected from the dimensions of my personality, including conditions from communication, diversity awareness, decision-making and problem solving. First am going to point at some of my situation that I experienced as a student and then build it up to the situation that I faced in the work placement program as an employee. As I joined the HCT I experienced many situations that improved my character and polished my skills. First as in information I learned what are the priorities and the elements that should be included in a professional email to my teachers or colleagues it shows me the differences between the regular emails that I would send to my friend and emails that I would send to a teacher. Personal responsibility may be perceived in many ways, but it is imperative to understand the relevance of why it must begin with our self. First, one will never develop an attitude of responsibility if they always look for others to complete their task. It is a necessity that one has personal discipline or their efforts to be responsible will prove to be fruitless. In a hospital setting we regularly work with other Physicians, so it is important to maintain good team work and we should also be accountable to our duties. While working as senior Physical Therapist in a clinic in India I had other Physical Therapists consulting in my clinic. So, it was very important for me to maintain a good working relationship as head of the clinic with other therapists and being accountable.
