On 06/03/2018 at about 0235 hours, I was dispatched to 3212 Black Jade Avenue in reference to a sexual assault that had occurred. Upon my arrival, I was met by a white male adult identified as Alan Toomey. Toomey stated that he called police on behalf of his husband Abel Garcia. Toomey stated that Garcia had been sexually assaulted by a friend of a friend around 0100 hours. Toomey stated he and Garcia invited a friend over(Corbin) for a pool party and Corbin asked to bring a friend along(Brian). Toomey stated that he met Corbin through an online dating app called scruff, about two days ago an had just met Brian today 06/03/2018. I asked Garcia if he or Brian ejaculated during the incident to which he replied: "no neither one of us did". I asked Garcia an additional two more times if he would like to go to UMC and both times he refused. Garcia described Brian as a white male adult about 40 years of age, standing at about five foot seven inches weighting at about one hundred and eighty-five pounds. Garcia also stated brian had short brown hair and a short brown beard. Garcia provided a picture of Brian to be attached. Garcia also provided me with a picture of Corbin as well as his cell phone number. I attempted to contact Brian and Corbin via telephone but after the first attempt, each additional call went straight to voicemail. Garcia showed me the backyard where the hot tub was located which was dimly lit. I photographed the hot tub area to be uploaded to DIMS. Since Garcia did not have clothes on at the time of the incident and only had a towel on when I arrived on scene no clothing was collected for evidence. I asked Garcia if Brian had any tattoos or any distinctive marking on his face or body to which he replied: No he looked pretty normal and plain as could be. I provided Garcia with a victims information guide to include a case number. I explained to Garcia how to complete a follow-up report in the event he could remember any other details or if he finds out Brians full
Caren Campano was a 42 year old woman working a decent job, and married to a man 15 years younger than her. Chris, her husband, was a drug addict that did not have steady income. The night she disappeared they had a large argument, and according to Chris, they both left the house in separate directions to cool off. She left on foot, and he left in the truck to a bar. The next morning he called her job asking if she was at work and they said she never showed up. He called and made a missing person’s report. The investigators went to their house and stated the house was in good condition, and did not look like she left. There was no signs of a fight. However, they found a large brown stain that was still wet next to the bed. When they tested it, it was positive for blood, and when they pulled the carpet back, there was an even larger blood stain on the cushioning under the

You can tell he is very cocky and boastful about his basketball playing ability. Also, when Coach Collins goes to visit him to try to get him on the team, he tells Brian that he was out of line for fighting with his players and that he must change his attitude if he wants to join the team. At the first game of the season, coach and the other players see Brian’s selfishness on the court first hand. Brian gets a technical foul and is very disrespectful to the referees, his coach and his teammates. Coach Collins finally meets Brian’s father, and from their conversation after the game, you can see that Brian’s selfish attitude stems from his father, “feeding the monster,” so to speak. After multiple games, it is clear that Brian is losing the team games and his teammates are very frustrated that they are coming together the best they can and all he is thinking about is himself. At practice, coach lets Brian go against the whole team to see what it is like to have no teammates helping him and that helps Brian realize what it’s like to not have any teammates helping him but still doesn’t like the fact that he needs them to win games. After his coach and teammates talk some sense into him, they become one cohesive unit that is motivated to win

I have been a victim of bullying since middle school. I have not lived in Ocala my entire life. I began my life in Medford, Long Island before moving to Ocala, Florida where I began sixth grade. Everyone at my middle school had grown up together. I believe that going into middle school, where friendships, and social groups had already began, had contributed to my bullying. The classes were small at my middle school, about fifth-teen to a class. This limited my ability to meet peers and make new friends, which lead to a social seclusion that left me exposed to bullying. Being bullied was terrible. I knew it as a child, I know it as and young adult, it absolutely was terrible.
Life is a mixture of experiences, culture, tradition, sexuality, politics and much more. Experiences make us the person who we are today. Describing how an individual handles certain stages in life. These experiences demonstrates how a person behaves, and determines their attitude. In my life I have experienced many things that have affected me in all aspects of myself. How I interact with people, what my actions are, my preferences, and all about me. With my experiences that I have faced I learned many things but one thing that stands out is that everyone should have morals of compassion, kindness, and respect the value of life. This is a very diminutive world and we can take to perspective to be considerate with our actions and say.

I am a kaleidoscope of my mother’s committed recklessness and my father’s wayfaring humanity. I am the random chaos between humility and self-love, between Sikhism and clouded judgment, between yesterday and tomorrow.
