Million of people battle with their weight everyday. Losing weight,eating healthy and finding time to exercise are the biggest complaints of most people that are overweight. So many people fail at losing weight because they are lazy. Many people would like to lose weight and exercise but because of jobs, families and busy life it is hard to find time to exercise. People never consider their health when it comes to losing weight. Everyone just wants to look good. Most people want to lose weight for a vacation. Some women want to lose weight because they are get married. Some would like to lose weight just to get in an old or new suit. There are many reasons to lose weight. “It is estimated that 55% of the adult population in the United States are either obese or overweight” ("Exercise vs. Diet for Weight Loss"). People with extra fat in the stomach are at a health risk. There needs to be a combination between diet and exercise.

This is the habit that health experts want to change. People need to start living healthy and doing so needs discipline. There are a number of diet program as well as exercise methods that will aid you in losing weight; you just need to find the right mix/combination to help you with your goal.
Healthy weight management is more than a diet; weight management is a lifestyle that aims to regulate caloric intake and expenditure in accordance to the amount of physical activity that occurs daily. The goal of weight management is to keep an individual’s body fat content to a healthy minimum, which is important for maintaining overall health and lowering risks of health threats throughout the lifespan (“Assessing Your Weight”, 2015).
