In conclusion the code of conduct is very important in a business it intended to be a central guide and reference for users in support of day-to-day decision making. It is meant to clarify an organization's mission, values and principles, linking them with standards of professional conduct. Some of the principles and standard I talk about was sexual harassment, being professional and discrimination on other. The NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct was developed to uphold the application of core values, ideals, and principles to assist teachers’ decision-making about ethical issues. The Core Values of the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct is based on the foundation of the field's commitment to young children. It is noteworthy that all seven of the Code's Core Values directly address our commitment to children:
A code of ethics is a formal document in which is used to assist members of an organization, to know what’s ‘right’ and what is ‘wrong’ in the work place and applying it to their decisions. A code of ethics is a written set of rules or guidelines to help the workers and management ‘conduct’ or direct their actions with its primary values and ethical standards. A code of ethics is important because without it, employees and management wouldn’t have guidelines and the establishment would resemble a crazy house. Consider the establishment, Dunkin Donuts. Dunkin Donuts is a food establishment well-known for their famous donuts, coffee and their slogan “America runs on Dunkin”. Without a code of ethics, the industry would most likely be extremely hard to control.

A school is characterized as "an organization for showing and learning". In any case, today 's instructive establishments incorporate discipline, brutality, and trouble making. When we get ourselves stuck to the TV as a result of another school shooting, clearly something should be done about roughness in schools. Sadly, the arrangement reasons makes more issues.

The Code of Ethic for the Education Profession does not just involve the schools staff with its student but with everyone that is involved with the school. A quote from the first code “educator values the worth and dignity of every person” (1), to be an educator one has to keep their colleges, boss, parents, student and community in mind. To be in the education profession one is signing up to be a trustworthy, knowledgeable, devoted, and understanding individual. They must guarantee equal opportunities for everyone. An honor code is necessary in the school life. I believe it makes a difference in students; it provides a foundation for them. If students do not have an honor code, they will not know what is right from wrong. When students do something wrong they cannot be punished or corrected because they have no rules. Students are the way they are because of how they behave while growing up, so adding an honor code that students can follow should influence them greatly. Honor codes also makes students establish a sense of professionalism and can divide the students who deserve to get good grades and the kids who do not deserve to get good grades.

Do we need Codes of Ethics? Most professions have their own Code of Ethics, so they must have some importance. Some people believe ethics do not need to be written down, but I think differently. The Principles of the Ethical Practice of Public Health article states, “ A code of ethics thus serves as a goal to guide public health institutions and practitioners and as a standard to which they can be held accountable.” Ethics are important and we all have them, but they are not all the same, so writing them down will create a guideline for people to follow. Codes of Ethics are necessary to be known and available to the public. We should be able to know what to expect and how we should be treated. I agree with the
Teaching classroom rules and procedures will contribute to a safe and secure environment for students. Classroom rules should be the same for everyone, however, like I mentioned above there are exceptions to be made on an individual basis. All interactions within the classroom should be positive. There will be no teasing or harassing of any kind. Respect, trust, and understanding will be the foundation of classroom rules. It is important to keep an open mind and treat each student with fairness, with the hope that in return students will learn to treat each other as equals and with

In this groundwork, principals are vital in the success of the program they implement in their schools (Ballard, Argus & Remley, 1999). They are the conductors of each category needed in a successful program. Gil (2002, p. 73) explains that first a solid code of conduct must be in place and operating smoothly. These clearly stated rules are to be communicated to all students and staff what the expectation is for behavior and they must be “enforced without
