Health is an important part of your life. You may think that health is something that doesn’t really matter if you’re healthy. Well in this case you would be incorrect. If your don’t take steps to keep healthy it will catch up with you someday. More people who stay healthy and they continue to use their muscles then they won’t become as frail later. Those who stay in shape naturally live longer and they fight sickness better. This healthy state must be maintained in three different categories. This is called The Health Triangle. The first part of The Health Triangle is the most obvious. This is the physical part of the triangle. To maintain this part of your health you have to stay active. Find a sport that you like and make sure that you do anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour worth of exercise. This will keep your body in better shape, and help you be able to handle stressful situations such as excessive heat or excessively freezing temperatures. This will also help you live longer. What is the point in keeping yourself in a good physical condition if your Emotional state is not in good health? If you think negatively then it is hard to concentrate on what you need to get done, and your grades. This can also affect how rested you feel after a full night’s rest. It’s good to be in a good Mental/Emotional health. Finally the last part of The Health Triangle is the Social part. If you find yourself shy and unable to confide in those around you like your friends or family then you have room for improvement on your health. Do you also have difficulty taking responsibility for your actions? Or maybe even have trouble finding time for your friends and family? These are all signs of a poor social health. A health triangle is based off of 3 different factors. It consists of your social, mental, and physical health. All sides will need to be balance in order to be truly healthy. However, my health triangle can be represented by the triangle above. My health triangle is unbalanced because I have issues in certain areas I need to improve on. I am trying to balance my health triangle as best as I can to become healthy throughout my life.
Being healthy is one of the most important Be Your Best Self aspects because it encompasses so much of our day-to-day lives. To be described as healthy, I not only have to be physically fit, but also mentally, socially, and financially fit. Being healthy has many benefits. Exercise allows a person to be a happier, calm, energized, and confident individual. The same can be said for exercising the brain, socializing, and keeping finances in order. By being healthy I will feel better every day and find fierce determination and discipline in the process.
The definition of health generally varies from person to person; for me health is the state of well-being; whether it is physical, mental or social well-being. When making health decisions many people, myself included, consider finances before making decisions. For an example before joining a gym I consider the cost and quality of the gym before considering how vital exercise is to my health. The same goes for diet I often hear people say eating health is much more expensive than eating unhealthy. Being healthy comes from putting in effort; physically, mentally, and economically.
You can medically be in the best shape possible, but if you are under a lot of stress, your mental health is compromised, which can lead to isolation from others, and now your social health is being neglected. It’s just one big cycle. Focusing on all components of good health such as eating a balanced diet for your physical, finding stress relievers for your mental and spending time with friends and family for social, is taking positive preventive measures to stay healthy. It is not only our responsibility, but a community effort to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to achieve and maintain overall good health.
Health is the union of three elements, these are: Social, Physical and Mental. If you're Social health is bad, the other aspects will be harmed because one aspect depends on the other, for example if you have bad mental health you're social health is also affected because if you depressed you don't want to go to a party or meet your friends. If you want to be healthy, you need to be healthy in all of the elements.
If someone is sick, it does not necessarily mean that they are healthy. A person's health is associated not only with disease but also the mental and physical condition of the person. If a person has a mental illness or is put under a lot of stress, they are not healthy. If a person is choosing or is forced into eating junk and fast food, they are not eating healthy. Health can also be affected by the environment around the person. There are many factors that affect a person's health, not just if they have a disease.
Health and Aging Often we take our health, or the absence of illness, disease, or injury for granted until we become sick. It is then that we recognize the worth of being without ailments. It is then that we appreciate feeling strong, robust and healthy. Being healthy and, being physically and mentally sound, is associated with one's satisfaction with life.
What is a Health Triangle? A Health Triangle is a way to show how to balance your three elements health: physical, emotional, and social. Physical is about the body, mental/emotional is about your feeling, and social is about communication with others. Each of them is dear and important to our health and if one of the element has more than the other or less, the whole triangle is unbalanced. That could lead to major changes in a person’s life and major risks on their health. I believe it is very hard as a teen to have balance of our three elements, but there is a chance that teens too could balance their health triangle. I have a hard time balancing the health triangle, but I know I can improve and fix my mistakes through my actions.
The health triangle is a triangle that has 3 different aspect of your everyday life. The most commonly known factor is physical health. Physical health is the body’s ability to function depending on the state of your body and how it is treated. This includes exercise, nutritions, rest, and weight managements. The remaining two factors is known as emotional/mental and social. Although it is not considered by many people, the two factors is just as important as much physical health. Mental health deals with how we think, feel, and handle or react to situations. Social health deals with how we deal with the people within your environment. By blending all sides of the triangle, you can achieve maximum health to your life. But in other words, if you lack a side, it could affect the other 2 sides as well.

As we all know, a good and healthy body can help us to continue or work and give us the passion,energy and positive effect, thus, we can handle the difficulties in our school life. So don’t to belittle that kind of health matter. Having a clear goals, schedule improvement, prioritize,having a good habits of learning and keep healthy, are indispensable part of being a more effective student. By doing so, we can get more benefits, both have fun and study. In the end, I wish all the students can find their own way to face the university life and get the satisfied results.

There may be many occasions when individuals are not necessarily ill or in pain but may be overweight, stressed or emotionally unstable. Health is a quality of life involving dynamic interaction and interdependence among the individual’s physical state, their mental and emotional reactions, and the social context in which the individual exists. There are many factors that influence your health, but three major components contribute to general well-being: Self-awareness, a balanced diet and, regular physical activity.
The Health Triangle includes the aspects of physical, mental, emotional, and social health. As a teenager, I have strengths and weaknesses that contribute to all three aspects of my health. There is always was for me to improve my health as I point out where that improvement in needed.

Despite the overly expensive food or the pricey monthly bills from the gym you hardly go too, simple steps can assist you in living a long healthy life without the extra effort.
And there are some ways to ensure that we are physically healthy such as eating nutritious food like fruits and vegetables or merely having a balanced diet, exercising regularly, drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day, avoiding sugary drinks, practicing good personal habits or hygiene like washing our hands frequently, having enough sleep and also having regular check-ups.
