Many people are for the use of group projects while others are against the use of group projects. I am personally for the use of group projects because members can evenly divide the work between each group member, it strengths the student’s communication skills, and students can help each other out. First, I am for the use of group projects because members can evenly divide the work between each group member. One reason is less work. When they work individually, they are responsible for doing all the work, but since it’s a group project each member is assigned a part of it. They won’t be stressed over on how much work they have to do because your group members will also be assigned other tasks for the project. Work will be done faster because the more people they have, the less work each member will get which allows the group to finish faster. Communication skills are very important because when students communicate with one another a smoother process can happen. Communications skills can help them throughout the future because when the time comes they will have an understanding of how they would communicate with others. In group projects, they can explain their ideas because the point of the group project is to express them, they can hear what others have to say about your ideas and see if they would include it in it or not. Students would have an experience already on how it works in group projects. It is important because when the time comes again they will be ready to go. In addition to strengthening the student’s communication skills, group projects also let students help each other
