A. For example, a study done in 2014 by Lipmann on millennials concluded that millennials with resilience in character reported that:
a. They are highly valued in the business world in the sense that it enables them to recover quickly from setbacks, and they are appreciated by their managers
b. Possessing resilience in their character set them apart, in a constructive way, from less resilient peers. It not only helps them withstand job pressures but will always serve you well: at work, at home, at play, in relationships – in all endeavors, and exceed people’s expectations of you as a millennial.

As a millennial, I feel confident in us, in our ability to bring about change, our eagerness to make an impact and to reach our highest potential as a generational cohort.
IV. Visualization. So, I want you to image what we’ll be described as if we allow resilience, (ability to adapt and bounce back when things don't go as planned) to dominate our characters, imagine what will be said about this generational cohort if you make the choice or continue, for some of you, to allow your resilience to show more above all characters. This will not only benefit you as a person, but our generational cohort as well. We’ll be understood more and people will hopefully see ways in which we can contribute in excelling the institutions or the business and any other domain.
V. Call to action
So, I urge you to consider resilience in your characters in all your life endeavors. Remember that resilience is a person’s ability to overcome quickly from difficulties and toughness. And this might be a different process for each one of you, and for many of you it might takes weeks, months and years, but the important thing is that you consider it because your character matter and it is crucial for us as
