Skipping breakfast will not help lose weight because the person will be starved by the time they eat lunch and might binge eat leading to gaining all the calories they supposedly lost skipping breakfast. Skipping breakfast also leads to a more sluggish start to a person’s day and they will feel more tired with less energy to perform tasks than a person who eats breakfast. If a teenager is late for school, he/she should grab a quick snack or at least something to eat rather than nothing.
