Crepes:Crepes in my family can be prepared two different ways. Sweet style crepes were a common breakfast food my grandmother used to make for me and my brother when we spent the night at her house on the weekends. Savory crepes were originally introduced to my family and I by Ihop. It was called the chicken florentine crepe with vegetables, chicken, cheese and hollandaise sauce. It is now discontinued, so my family learned how to recreate them at home because we were so addicted to those crepes. Spaghetti: Spaghetti has always been a staple meal in my house. They're also a way to keep the good memories of her alive through cooking. Since I was a kid, baking and cooking has been a big part of me growing up. The dishes that first came to mind were dishes I ate with my family as I went through my childhood and eventually learned to make myself. I believe these food memories might be interesting to someone else because it will enlighten people on a meal that can't be bought at a restaurant, as well as the importance of keeping family dishes/ traditions going. I think this project will challenge me because it will help me with creative writing, also on how to make a memoir sound appealing to others so they will want to try the food or understand the message i'm trying to get across.This has and will ongo into shaping who i will become because i will continue to tell the significance of crepes in our family to hopefully my kids and grandkids in the future. I will be persistent in gaining knowledge on how to perfect the dish as well as growing in cooking overall. Additionally, I will learn my palette as it may change further into my adulthood. My audience for my memoir are people who can relate to a nostalgic food they ate as a kid that was given to a person who was a special part of their lives.These events might hold significance to others as well as myself because
