The dishes that first came to mind were dishes I ate with my family as I went through my childhood and eventually learned to make myself. I believe these food memories might be interesting to someone else because it will enlighten people on a meal that can't be bought at a restaurant, as well as the importance of keeping family dishes/ traditions going. I think this project will challenge me because it will help me with creative writing, also on how to make a memoir sound appealing to others so they will want to try the food or understand the message i'm trying to get across. This has and will ongo into shaping who i will become because i will continue to tell the significance of crepes in our family to hopefully my kids and grandkids in the future. I will be persistent in gaining knowledge on how to perfect the dish as well as growing in cooking overall. Additionally, I will learn my palette as it may change further into my adulthood.
