The compliance interview verses a comprehensive exam from my perspective both are critical to the students success. In addition, both help me comprehend the material well and apply to daily application in the real-world. However, I feel the compliance interview is a little more effective since completing a interview for this course and in Accounting HAD 555. It overall helped me apply concepts, terminology, laws, and financial principles to a real-word career scenario. Not only does it enhance my understanding, it made me think critically and develop better examples for the assignment. A comprehensive exam is helpful, but can be redundant as it can be just completing the questions and not thinking of how it can help health care professionals. Overall, between both the interview and exam they are integral parts of the students learning. Furthermore, the compliance interview is more interesting, career-related, and helps to effectively handle real-life financial issues.

Both roles are involved in compliance risk. Corporate compliance creates and implements a compliance plan to ensure that compliance risks are addressed. Internal Audit on the other hand, addresses compliance risks as part of risk based audits.
Integrity means the quality of being honest. Your integrity is tested every day in school and often people chose to disregard their morals and perform dishonest actions. These actions include but are not limited to plagiarism, copying a friend’s homework, or cheating on a test. It is also considered wrong to allow a friend to cheat off of you or copy your homework. Dworkin asserts that the fundamental point of law is to "guide and constrain the powers of government"[ Ronald Dworkin, Law's Empire, (Hart Publishing, 2006), p 93.], and that the best theory of law is one that best justifies the use of coercion by the government. The conception of law as integrity seeks to explain the legal practice in light of this principle. It should be noted that the term government is defined widely to include the political and legal institutions as a whole. In our context, we are to assess how law as integrity justifies the use of coercion by the judiciary, for they do possess coercive functions, like the imposition of a prison sentence or a fine, and how they are to utilise these coercive powers, especially in hard cases.
