There are many amazing companies today that all offer special benefits to their employees. What one person finds important another might not. After graduating from college the next most important step in life is to enter the job market. With the competitiveness of the job market it is not always possible to be selective with employers. However, it is important to evaluate the qualities that you value in a company. Google and United Airlines are the two companies that I would like to work for if given the opportunity. I am currently interested in working in finance or project management but, as I continure my education that might change. However, I am sure that I want to be in a position that offers growth in both my field and related fields. There is always new technology and products being developed. The extreme competitiveness can make it hard for any one company to gain security in the market. The objective of this research report is to provide a thorough analysis of Alaska Airlines. In order to do this we chose to compare a similar company against them. The company in comparison is Spirit Airlines. Both companies compete in the same type of business through airline transportation. Many of their services include; security, safety, transportation of passengers as well as luggage, ensuring vehicle safety while in transit, concierge services, providing entertainment aboard plane, checking weather conditions prior to flight, and much more. Descriptive Aspect: Around April 10, 2017, a cell phone video went viral exposing how a man was mistreated and dragged out of the United Airlines. The first disturbing video showed a man being forcefully drug through the aisle of the airplane while in an attempt to be removed. The second viral video showed the same man holding on to the wall of the airplane with a bloody mouth repeating the words “ .” The two videos went viral hours after being released online, causing a stream of protest against the United Airlines. Many have shown to be a distraught over the scene.
The strategy of Google seems to focus of innovation. Innovation providing superior user experience makes the user promote the application because the customer just love it. This gives rise to more usage, which in turn gives rise to more advertising revenues for Google. More and more products of Google are coming into the lifestyle of user and the strategy appears to completely dominate internet and eventually dominate desktop as well. All Google needs to do is to edit their motto related to categorization /classification of information.

Since my audience is the instructor and my classmates, Google helps you find information that you need for your daily life in college. I want my audience to know by the end of my speech about Google //what is the history of Google, /what makes it special, //and lessons to learn from the experience of Google’s founders.
When seeking a potential long term employer I think that I would be most concerned with finding one that both cares about the company and the employees. An ideal employer to me would not only be concerned about the well being of the company; are they making the right choices, will the company remain strong, but also the well being of the employees; is the work load too heavy, are they right for the job, and so on. I look at both these viewpoints due to the fact that I think that the company and the employees are the two most important pieces of a company. Good employees without a well running company would be able to accomplish nothing, and a good company without hardworking employees will go nowhere.
