Listening emerges rather as an assumption and not studied at extended levels. They are very well verse in balancing there communications and leadership skills. In fact a fine leader becomes a balance between characters, sources of power, abilities and aspects of situation. These become the establishing factors of the ability to persuade followers and succeed at group objectives (Griffin, 1999). A leader has the qualities to gather his team and portray a reliable organisational culture for all to work about. An effective leader has the skill to motivate his or her employees in order to obtain optimum outcomes. An assurance has to be provided by the leader to his employees with regards to respect. Once the leader runs a smooth democratic leadership with regards to an essential outcome, he is required to gather feedbacks from various employees and followers. “Begin with the end in mind” (corey, 2012). It is easy to assess the outcome if the leader has the end in mind. In order to be respected and assertive the leader is supposed to be very well verse in gathering feedback.
