“I find that you learn from others. It’s very much about watching TV and watching movies for me and grasping that way and watching other people act.” (Callan McAuliffe). The issue television viewing is beneficial for children has been widely debated in our society. I believe that it is beneficial for them therefore I support this statement.

Since the television was first introduced in the 1940's, there has many controversies on whether television benefits or harm your children. Although television do have some negative aspect which affect the child development but I believe it’s important to tell viewers especially parents how to use television positively to help their children as it’s hard to avoid television. This topic interest me because people always just talk about the negative effects of TV on children where there are more positive effects. I would like to raise the concept to the parents how they can use TV as a tool to educate children. As parents have little concept of the benefits so it is important for them to recognise.

The most important issue addressed in this topic is people especially parents believe that television is not good for their children and they try their best that children don’t watch television by doing this they neglect the benefits of television.
