Anxiety is a nervous disorder characterized by the excessive uneasiness and apprehension situation, typically with compulsive behavior or panic attacks. Many people thought that anxiety disorder is bad for our health but there is a lot of benefits having anxiety disorder because it can keeps us motivated and excited about life. All of us think that we can make a good decision if we can control our emotions. No, it’s not! A person that have anxiety will act sensitively in social and might as well don’t care about their future. Let’s just say, that anxiety mix with logical thinking eventually will leads to good decision making. It’s true that the higher the levels of anxiety, the more risky you make your decision is. For example, rejecting the opportunity to further your studies because of over thinking about how to adapt the new environment. But anxiety also can enhance the attention that we pay to the useful information. For instance, you're gathering all information about the college that you want to further your studies, it is possible your anxiety will likely help to hold up all the pros and cons you face rather than just focusing on the good thing about the college. …show more content…

People who have anxiety get so overwhelmed by their own worries so they decided to avoid it. However, sometimes anxiety does lead to useful action. For example, you bought a new smartphone and there is an insurance for it. Then, your friend drop it, of course you will end up using the insurance rather than just leave it. To reduce the risks, try to worry more. Continuing to worry is useful if it is leads you to taking more beneficial actions. If you worry more about your new smartphone eventually you will be extra careful when holding your smartphone and don't simply ask your friends to hold it for you. If worrying more can leads you to positive behaviors, then anxiety of worrying is worth it to
