Health is the most precious asset that you will ever have. “You are what you eat” is an old saying that tell us all one simple ingredient to a healthy life. Nutritious and healthy food. Unfortunately, our food nowadays are not even close to the image of “healthy”. Fast-food, cakes, soft drinks, and instant food can be found in our daily life. Foods that are filled with artificial sweetener, trans-fat, cholestrol, preservatives, and MSG. These foods will only bring damage to our body, there is no fiber, vitamin, Let alone fast foods and cakes, vegetable and fruits are now posing a threat to our health. Artificial fertilizer, insecticides, and pesticides are used in order to make the harvest better.
Nowadays, we can see an awful lot of people with a severe malnutrition problem. Malnutrition can be defined as the insufficient, excessive or imbalanced consumption of nutrients. People that are malnourished can be either overnutrition (overweight) or undernutrition (underweight). Both types causes similar life threatening risks.
In the case of undernutrition, the subjects are suffering from the lack of nutrient, which in severe cases may lead to unresponsiveness (stupor), heart, liver and respiratory failure, and even death. On the other hand, those who suffer from overnutrition they either consume too much nutrient or being given an exceeding amount of trans-fat or cholestrol-filled foods. A large amount of these overnutrition leads to sicknesses caused by excessive amount of fat in the circulatory system such as coronary heart diseases, stroke, high blood pressure, or other sickness such as diabetes and even cancer.
Therefore, I can conclude that a decent, healthy source of nutrition is vital and of course in high demand these days....

Also, a one cup serving of bananas contain 537 milligrams of potassium, potassium can be an excellent solution and preventing agent for high blood pressure, heart diseases, and stroke (other fruits, such as dates or raisins can be a replacement for bananas in providing potassium). Vitamins provided by bananas, such as vitamin A, C, and B6 has the role to strengthen the immune system.
As for the source of protein, I endorse the use of single-cell protein or Spirulina. Single-cell protein typically refers to sources of mixed protein extracted from pure or mixed cultures of algae, yeasts, fungi or bacteria (single celled organisms) used as a substitute for protein-rich foods. I recommend it because it provides a very large amount of protein even in a small portion.
