For this project we worked on almost all aspects of it together. Since we both have extremely tight schedules, we were able to accomplish this by using google documents. The work that we did together included both flyers, the interactive tests, the entire powerpoint presentation, searching for a video, the peer review, and the annotated bibliography. We did a couple of things separately, which included individual research for the project, and countless revision sessions. We did these parts separately so that we were able to form our own opinions on our genre attempts, and gather more information faster from sources we found individually.

The purpose of this workshop is to provide an in depth history on the topic of workplace bullying. The type of professionals in attendance would include anyone who would want to receive in depth information on the history of workplace bullying.

We attempted five different genres for this project which included two flyers, a pretest, presentation slides, and a post test.
We used the first flyer to spread the word about our presentation, and it focused on providing information on the location and purpose of our workshop. It included details such as the title of our workshop, the date and time, the location, and the names of the presenters. We included four dense, informative slides in our presentation. We discussed the global background of the topic, and shifted towards the Workplace Bullying Institute in the United States. These were extremely important to the presentation because they provided the bulk of the information. We used information that we pulled from all of our sources to come up with bullet points to put on the slides that will be elaborated on in the actual presentation. The purpose of the slides was to provide the audience with relevant information on the topic, while keeping the text on the slides at a minimum so we would not bore the audience with
