I learned this skill from a person who is the most responsible human being on earth-Mother. My mother always fulfils our family’s necessity. She is doing so many works like to prepare food on top of to clean the house, to attend social occasional, and so on. She has too many responsibilities and works, though she always does on time. She also takes care about her children. She manages her housework and her job nicely. I have never seen that she looks like tired. She also knows everybody’s taste while making food. Moreover, she is very responsible person in my family because she is doing every work with carefully and manages every work. I learn many things from my mother. Main thing which I learned is time management. The way she is managing very work from early morning till night is like five person job she is doing by herself alone.

The first skill that I taught myself was to always be determined. This helped me greatly, for it put me in the right state of mind to continue my work at a high level. At some points, this determination led me to surpass my own expectations and achieve higher than what I had originally thought. Secondly, this experience helped me learn that I am adaptable. I couldn’t let this affect my future, life is too precious to waste it grieving over what was lost, but to embrace the new doors that open up. I had to learn how to become a stronger, and better person mentally. This had helped me adapt to a new life style, making myself a better person and improving on things that will help me later on in life. Because of this, I realized that I could overcome most obstacles that are placed in my way, and produce better work when faced with these obstacles. Thirdly, I learned how to be a mature person and grow up faster than I had ever thought. After this experience I realize how short life really is, and there is no time for me to waste in accomplishing my dreams. So I had to get back to work, and continue to strive to be the best. A reason that this country works well is that everyone has diverse abilities which can contribute to everyday life. Some people let those abilities shine at work, in their personal life or both. As people have their strengths, they also have their weaknesses. There is a problem to improve those weaknesses when the weakness is not identified. Once the weak point is identified it needs to be resolved. A plan of action for improvement helps in solving the situation. In this paper, I will identify abilities and skills that I possess that contribute positively in my work environment, in my personal life, and in my learning team.
