This assignment will evaluate how the organisation might apply the management theories. In addition, will explain how business interpreted data to inform their decision making and manage change in their organisation. Also, there will be discussion of how management theories help for Tesco to fulfil their purpose.
Management theory
In addition, each business manager who seeks to improve their skills and abilities to be related to the knowledge and the application of management theories. Management theories are realised to help increase organisational productivity and service quality, create the successful business model. The theories have divided into scientific and classical management theories.
Classical Management Fayolism Theory
The first of the management theory is the classical management, known as Fayolism, as developed in 1900s by Henri Fayol. It focussed on efficiency through management training and behavioural characteristics. Moreover, the theory of management that investigated and combined the role of management in organisations. Likewise, the classical management theory concerned with the management, human and behavioural factors in management. The theory, focusing on managerial practice organisations that could reduce misunderstandings and increase efficiency too.
